Egg!! Egg Banquet Noodles! Delicious Noodles in Perfect Anchovy Broth!

The delicious warm anchovy broth is perfect for winter! It is called 'Janchi Guksu' means Banquet Noodles. I added more eggs. You can adjust the amount of eggs. The soup is really delicious.

2. Zucchini
3. Thin wheat flour noodles
4. Anchovies, kelp
5. Sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, green onion
