At the end of season 5 (haven´t seen 6 because it´s not available in my country), the only ones left are Miller, Murphy, Clarke and Octavia, since Bellamy does not count as one of the 100. I don´t think you´ve actually seen the full show, so i´m sorry for spoiling shit if that´s really the case.

The Hundred is wayyy too underrated. One of the most special things about it (in my opinnion) is the character development, it sooo good that once you are like really far in the show you don't even remenber how the characters use to be at the beginning like is just...ughh I don't even have words to describe it.
Gamer of Games ricky (lincoln) didn’t want to leave or at least he wasn’t supposed to die until like season 4 but jason forced him off the show. and alycia (lexa) is the main character on fear the walking dead. you also wouldn’t have learned anything abt the commanders if she didn’t die. at least you wouldn’t see how the flame works when a commander dies and then how it goes into another commander unless we got like a flashback of maybe lexas conclave or something but, the 100 writers like to kill of characters a lot. don’t get me wrong lexa was my absolute favorite character but her death was so obvious. it was all she talked about in season 3.

But season 6 was awsome and season 7 is, so far, veryyyyy good.

ohmybell ok octavia is ridiculously young whenshe becomes commander (probably 16 or 17 because belamy is souls 23 possibly younger and he is about 7 years older and they weren't on the ground for more then like six or seven months before primfaya) so of course she wouldn't know how to be commander. Also she probably doesn't have a good grasp of right and wrong because the only real influence she had was her mother, brother, and indra because she lived basically alone her whole life. And of course she's all antilove and evil this season everyone she loved died. Lincoln, illian, her mother, and in a way her brother and all her friends specifically jasper (she thought they were dead for 3 years.) I doubt she even understands the point and importance love has. Also considering the fact that her brain isn't fully developed yet she has done a pretty good job as commander. All of her people are loyal to her and she has a law system that is consistant and works as population control. It's not the best system but it works. I by no means approve of what she is doing but she is still my favorite character and I will defend her till the day I die. She is the most complex character and if she dies I will probably quit the show because everyone else is annoying and inconsistent this season (besides raven and surprisingly echo.)
Ohmybell more things. Octavia is NOT a bad person. Is we did a dnd chart for the 100 Octavia would probably be lawful neutral. She doesn't want people to die but she feels that's the only way. Also Octavia had no real reason to trust dyoza. She trusted belamy when he was working with kane and Lincoln died.
All what I'm gonna say is that if a show can't get someone interested enough to continue watching it until it "gets good" they're probably not gonna like it .

I know the 100 might be cheesy in the beginning but it does get deep and show the real colours of humanity, some parts are deep... I do encourage watching the show!! I love it!
I never read the books (except the very last sentece of the last book), but I can tell you that the tv show diverges from the book A LOT, except for the basic premises. I think that's fine and really like the tv show how it is, but it'd be interesting to hear how somebody who read the books first reacted to the changes
season 1 was a bit bad but got better season 2 was the best. periodt. season 3 was too fast pace but still g. season 4 was cool. season 5 was fast but good still. season 6 was cool lol. season 7 was great at introducing new planets and the anomaly was weird but I liked it. but it went downhill towards the end, still a good ending I guess lol (edit: peeps r saying season 2 sucked, it didn't. y'all just don't understand war and how good they represented it.)

Cameo Shadowness well to be fair, with most shows it can take a season or so for the actors and writers to find their groove. Right off the bat it can be difficult to see what works and what doesn't, and the actors are new to playing their characters. Along with that they have to make the audiences care about the characters so that later storylines can have better and more focused arcs.

Yeah you really do have to keep watching in order to see the real beauty in the show, both the story telling and the actors. I highly recommend listening to the Meta Station sound cloud podcast, they are an intelligent, educated group of women who break the show down into their deeper meanings, and it will blow your mind. Seeing what The 100 has become since it's first few episodes, it is clear they felt they had so start out as the typical CW teen show to secure a spot and launch the series, but that's NEVER what the show was intended to be. Each episode the show ditches the teen show perspective and goes deep, ask deeper questions, and pushes the characters. Watch season five and you won't even recognize Octavia as this girl in this episode. Now she's a ruthless, scary as f*ck dictator.

(Im not telling the whole story but after fighting to survive by multiples villains the world destroyed for third time and they went in a ship and that ship can survive only one week as they said but yet in the new season it has survived .. long story short they survived 125 years which make sense and the character came back same age as before 125 years ago which make sense and they discover a new planet which have too moon and when the second moon appear makes one of the groop wanna kill everybody which makes more sense and they found grounders again in the new planet and ofc they worship the same ai that all villains does ofc .that's the main stupid story after season 5 the show is dead)

Season 2 was perfect and season 3 very dark but still interesting, but season 4 was incredibly frustrating. Season 5 was better since the dynamic kinda change (and that was really needed). But season 6 was awsome and season 7 is, so far, veryyyyy good.

ohmybell ok octavia is ridiculously young whenshe becomes commander (probably 16 or 17 because belamy is souls 23 possibly younger and he is about 7 years older and they weren't on the ground for more then like six or seven months before primfaya) so of course she wouldn't know how to be commander. Also she probably doesn't have a good grasp of right and wrong because the only real influence she had was her mother, brother, and indra because she lived basically alone her whole life. And of course she's all antilove and evil this season everyone she loved died. Lincoln, illian, her mother, and in a way her brother and all her friends specifically jasper (she thought they were dead for 3 years.) I doubt she even understands the point and importance love has. Also considering the fact that her brain isn't fully developed yet she has done a pretty good job as commander. All of her people are loyal to her and she has a law system that is consistant and works as population control. It's not the best system but it works. I by no means approve of what she is doing but she is still my favorite character and I will defend her till the day I die. She is the most complex character and if she dies I will probably quit the show because everyone else is annoying and inconsistent this season (besides raven and surprisingly echo.)
Ohmybell more things. Octavia is NOT a bad person. Is we did a dnd chart for the 100 Octavia would probably be lawful neutral. She doesn't want people to die but she feels that's the only way. Also Octavia had no real reason to trust dyoza. She trusted belamy when he was working with kane and Lincoln died.
The first season doesn‘t represent the show at all. Everything that follows is beyond amazing. 👏🏻

Cameo Shadowness well to be fair, with most shows it can take a season or so for the actors and writers to find their groove. Right off the bat it can be difficult to see what works and what doesn't, and the actors are new to playing their characters. Along with that they have to make the audiences care about the characters so that later storylines can have better and more focused arcs.

Yeah you really do have to keep watching in order to see the real beauty in the show, both the story telling and the actors. I highly recommend listening to the Meta Station sound cloud podcast, they are an intelligent, educated group of women who break the show down into their deeper meanings, and it will blow your mind. Seeing what The 100 has become since it's first few episodes, it is clear they felt they had so start out as the typical CW teen show to secure a spot and launch the series, but that's NEVER what the show was intended to be. Each episode the show ditches the teen show perspective and goes deep, ask deeper questions, and pushes the characters. Watch season five and you won't even recognize Octavia as this girl in this episode. Now she's a ruthless, scary as f*ck dictator.
I finished the series...and i'm sad to announce that you were completely right about this series becoming random just for the sake of keep going.
