- Just a little update about my life. We've been in lockdown for more than a month now. This is the longest we've ever been in lockdown, and I'm not really sure when the end is going to come. Sometimes, it's really hard to stay motivated during the lockdown, but I found that a simple thing like coffee or Vietnamese roll can make my day!
(P.S. We are allowed to go out for essential shopping, and restaurants/cafes are only open for takeaway).
I hope that everyone is staying safe as the lockdown continues! (#sydneylockdown).

It's a plandemic
When a barista enjoyed Vietnamese coffee, this coffee is truly solid (hot or cold).
Vietnamese banh mi (sandwiches) are always my favorite lunch. They are so good and budget comfort meal to me when I was in college.

Yay, thanks for the video! I'll have to get the pork roll from the shop as it is only a short walk for me. Love Vietnamese coffee, I bought a filter when I was there in 2019, will have to get some condensed milk and use it again 😀

Wow, you’ve got great taste. I’ve been going to Ace since before it was Ace and it was Marrickville Pork Rolls. I got a lot out of your milk frothing videos. Your technique is different to another person I watched but your pro tip of pouring out some milk to make latte art easier on a flat white is key. I used to make Vietnamese coffee at home but it’s not easy to find the coffee over the counter. Even Truong Nguyen doesn’t exist on the North Shore. But you’ve got me on the hunt again because summer and the end to lockdown is coming! Well I guess I’ll have to buy it online. Thanks for the entertainment.

seperti espresso yg pahit, tapi tanpa busa, dan membuatnya secara manual brew. makanya butuh susu kental manis untuk menyeimbangkan rasanya. aku suka bikin ini pakai kopi arabica. walaupun arabica , tapi strong nya tetap terasa lebih strong ketimbang kopi tubruk.

Hi there, we put double shots for a small long black, and three shots for a large long black :)

Some places have different ways of serving long black, so it's better to check with them how they normally serve it. I used to work in a cafe where they use 2 shots of coffee for both small and large, so it's very confusing indeed.

Well thats truly an ordinary breakfast in my country. But nextime I suggest more coffees & less water. I usually take 20gr coffe and 3/4 water. Enjoy :)

I love it! It reminds me of Indonesian style coffee (Kopi Susu), but Vietnamese coffee definitely tastes stronger. I'd love to travel to Vietnam in the future 😊
@@BaristaBeeJournal1 yup, we use a mixture of robusta & arabica. Do try egg coffee if you have the chance! You should visit it someday, it's really cheap and nice there
