Hi! 👋 I have a barista job interview tomorrow and I wanted to thank you for all your video content!! They've all been very helpful so far in preparing me for my barista journey ☺
It’s nice to know your barista background and your experience with coffee. This has helped me a lot. I’m in France and I’m thinking of quitting my current job to start making coffee. I have the theory, coffee has been a big part of my life, but not the experience and this situation makes me feel unconfident. I have 2 months more to make a decision on whether quitting definitely or just continuing with my career and come back to my country. I know what’s a good cup of coffee, not making a good one 😂
Nice to see you back. If you want to brainstorm with someone who understands online tech, and can help you work out what is viable or not, based on what it actually takes to implement; drop me a line. All I ask is for a good coffee and maybe a muffin.
Thank you! 😊 For a macchiato (here in Australia), start with a strong espresso base and gently top it with frothy steamed milk (using a spoon to scoop). The key is in balancing the coffee and milk flavours. It's normally served in a piccolo glass. Hope it helps!
I want to work part time as barista to support uni, i am in sydney. Would it be recommended to take a basics course ? Like it's worth the cost they take? Please guide
Absolutely! Taking a basics course as a barista can be incredibly beneficial. It not only enhances your skills but also boosts your confidence. Plus, having formal training looks great on a resume, but remember, you also need to practice a lot as taking basic course alone won't make you a great barista overnight. Good luck👍😀
I wish you would narrate the video rather than adding subtitles. It’s tiring to read the whole thing while also trying to watch what’s going on. I would enjoy your videos much more and I think you would get a lot more views.
i work with many coffee blends many machine, if u understand about extraction then peoples will say your coffee is best in town/ world... these what i heard along barista life, i know what r u thinking off? u might laugh out loud right

You could start part time to get a feel of barista work first. Some coffee chains are always hiring 😁

Do you get to edit your vlogs during work hours? They are so professionally produced and awesomely promote this fine cafe!
Beautiful ☕, lovely drinks and interesting combination of food. I have question , how to make macchiato latte? Any tips? Thank you😊
