ik you don't get a ton of viewers but your tutorials and vids help me out a ton! Please keep posting
I like your detailed explanation! Thank u!
This was the best tutorial I have watched! You explained everything you do with resets. For example, hitting free air role when you go for the resets, AND explained why, I have never heard someone talk about that. You gave many examples, and just good tips in general. I've been having trouble with rapid resets, and am going to apply these next time I play, thank you!
Thanks for watching! I’m really glad I was able to help homie, best of luck knocking out those resets 🫡
Convenient that you dropped this not long after i finally hit a few decent triples lmao
I had problems with chain resets for a while and I found the problem with my consistency was that I was holding accelerate. When I learned resets I used the audio queue of the engine to know when I had a reset and it became a crutch that made it much harder when going for multiple
Really good tutorial 👌🏼
Thanks! Hope it helped 🙏
@@BoomaRL it will do 👌🏼

What training pack is this?
Great video, any chance you can give some advice on reading wall bounces? For double taps
Repetition repetition repetition. Getting a good set up off the wall. Then deciding if you are too close to backboard to flip into the ball. It’s not set in stone but if I’m behind the half I’m flipping into the ball. If I’m in front of the half I’m just getting a solid touch with the nose to get the ball off backboard. After you get enough reps in on these two things. You will notice you will start to read where the ball is going to go after the backboard bounce. Once you know where the ball is going. Having the car control to get to where you think the ball is going to be. If you can do rings maps. I like to set goals like. I want to finish this map in x time. Or if you can’t finish the map.. I’d like to get to x level this time. Always improving your car control. If all that is easy for you, make it harder. Add a spin in, make it uncomfortable. Until even that is comfortable. If you do all that. Double taps will be second nature.
underrated account fr
I just noticed when I hit the slippery reset and I can just do the same exact motion to get the triple
Yessirrrr
can somebody advise me on these two issues im having, after about 8 hours of training, i cannot for the life of me figure out A- how to make the nose of my car not recoil off of the ball which usually makes the follow up impossible, B- my nose even when this doesn't happen, is really if ever facing where the ball is going, essentially, the ball is always far from the nose of the car
what's the correct humping technique, I've heard of tapping brake when hitting the reset from apparentlyjack and alot of others but never free air roll (do you mean powerslide? it's the same button for a lot of people)
Not sure I’d word it that way… yes for beginners you can definitely tap the brake but this concept is when you’re comfortable enough at managing momentum. Essentially if you think about the reset it’s possible because the car registers the ball as a surface so yes my free air roll and power slide are the same bind so I’m tapping it as a recovery to prevent me from recoiling/sliding on the reset

I see thinking about it like a ceiling shot makes sense, thanks for the videos man

how long after learning double did u score a triple? i can score doubles sometimes but when i try for triples i could never reach the third reset, either i end up too close to the ball or too far away idk how to get the perfect spot 😩
It takes a lot of time! But once you can really get the first two without killing your momentum it becomes a lot easier to score the triple. I’d say if you’re already hitting doubles practice until a double reset is muscle memory then focus on getting the 3rd. Tbh with you it’s cool to score but you can still score on any high level player with a single reset
ok thx ill keep practicing! but im only diamond3 i just do these for fun im not really that competitive. 🤭 @@BoomaRL
@@SimplyTiffany2009 oh well if that’s the case I’d highly recommend understanding the steps of the mechanic and practice each step at a time then put it all together. Honestly whatever works best for your type of learning is ideal! Best of luck homie hit those resets
Flip reset musty flicks double touch 😊❤
4:35 triple reset

Map code? I’m learning this rn I just got doubles down
I’m not gonna lie homie I forgot I just went into the browse tab and chose one of the packs there for air dribbles
ez triple reset
How are you pressing square and X at the same time?
Well ya see here I play claw
Yeah it’s a real strange way to hold a controller but it wasn’t something I learned just for RL. I’ve always held a controller like that since Nintendo 64
@@BoomaRL oh ok thanks. I’m trying to learn directional air roll this season. Hopefully get out of gc1 🤞
@@vsyn3rgy774 practice practice practice bro! Trust me, directional is always interesting and tough to learn at first but it will make you way more consistent in the long run. Best of luck on the grind!
@@BoomaRL how long have you been playing RL for? And btw your tutorial videos are fire man.
