They are. I've been in the Jury process, numerous times. That is one main aspect of both the entire selection process, once you enter the main courthouse building, prior to even being called for Jury selection for any specific case. It's also a big part of the Voir Dire process. This is to ensure that there are both, no connections between you and the defendant or prosecutor. And for specific localized crime, you don't live in the area of which it happened. The defense might get information just as far as the Voir Dire process goes, but they should not 1. Know where you live. 2. Know any personal information not required specifically to the case.
Now there are different levels of information protection when it comes to your location. In places such as Maryland, Jurors are numbers, not names, not anything else. Once you are in the courthouse, you are Juror # [something], not a name. No identifiable Personal Information is disclosed to anybody, nor is allowed to be reported nor made public.

because it's public information presented by the court to media. If the Court doesn't present it, it doesn't get reported. However, you cannot assume fair trial by jury of peers without knowing the demographics of the jury. We knew the OJ Panel stats back when.

I'm an investor. I invested for retirement beginning in 1982. To me, the important thing about the "hush money" case is that Trump embezzled $130,000 from one of his companies, thereby defrauding other owners (if any), illicitly reducing his taxes, possibly messing with his creditors. Nobody should get away with embezzling $130,000.

The trial is not just about the pay-off, it's about his company paying tabloids to not run stories that would hurt his campaign and make up stories about his adversaries.

What Trump is being tried for involves election interference and violation of campaign finance laws, but ultimately boils down to falsifying business records. And it’s a pretty strong case, considering Michael Cohen went to prison for doing it at Trump’s behest. Sort of like how it’s illegal to hire a hit man, you can’t avoid being charged for a crime just by paying someone else to commit it for you.
