Any chance for a bit of help on Saeco Magic Comfort? It only trickles coffee. The brew group was completely clogged up with oil from flavored coffee. Cleaned it completely and it works great in Saeco Royal Professional. However it just barely just trickles coffee. Descaling and rinsing programs were run couple of times each with little change. Water gets hot from the spout. When trying to make coffee, a puck is well formed but very wet - unsurprisingly, because little water sips into the cup. The pump keeps pumping for a long time without any result. I normally just cancel it after a minute with just a few drops of coffee. Is it clogged somewhere or has it lost the ability to create pressure? Seals on the bayonet going into the brew group? It does do steam. Any suggestions welcome.
Hello Nick. Thank you for your Saeco Stratos video. Can you make a quick video or tell me how to re-calibrate the coffee grinder. My setting is at 1 or finest, and the coffee still comes down too quickly and not strong enough. I'm using good quality coffee from Italy. I have a Saeco Statos machine. Thank you. Cheers. John.
Where do you get your spares from? I picked up a magic and the coffee tastes weak and watery. How can I recalibrate the dispenser and the grinder please
Hi my saeco SUP012 FOR no reason stopped working the warning light is on but nothing happens , but where the cups are stored on top gets very hot , please can you give me an idea what it could be , thanks Nona
