Hi Miroslav, your the greatest. By watching your videos i managed to fix my Philips 8432 twice. First cleaning the brewer and now fix the pump and clean al the parts you can reach only when you know how to disamble the covers and where the screws are. Really great and thanks a lot!!!

Thank you for your video. So, the gear will be set in the right point when you replace it! After that mine is making a bit more pressure to the brew Group. I was afraid that i didnt set it right

Thank you for your very clear video! In actuality, by locking in the brew tray drawer and turning on the machine I could hear it resetting. Then I was able to snap in the Brew Group unit, NO Problem. I am back in business and enjoying a nice fresh cup of coffee!! Thanks, Miroslav!

This is a good video, however when I connected the blue cable to the "+" on the motor, the whole brewer blocked up. It was turning backwards. The correct way to connect the motor is with the "RED" cable to the "+" on the motor.

Actually, Miroslav is correct. Unless the manufacturer has changed the way they identify this now. The service manual instructs to connect the Blue wire to the “Italy” marking on the motor. The corresponding mark on the replacement motor is the “+” sign which has nothing to do with a positive polarity. I hooked up these 2 same motors to a battery to test this theory & both turned in the same direction. If you reverse the polarity your brew group will not reset to the home position & you’ll be looking for more replacement parts,… Miroslav is the best!!

Hello! There is the same machine. When you turn it on, the SELFTEST inscription lights up and something tries to buzz periodically... Nothing else happens. The first thing when you turn on is to try to turn the brewing device? As I understand it, this is wear and tear on the gears of the brewer drive ?? (Before that, ground coffee was used for a long time.)

Здрасти, много полезно видео. При подмяна на зьбните колела, сега машината пьрво щрака два пьти дозатора, включва помпата и започва да мели. Кьде сьм обьркал ?

Hello Miroslav. How are you. Miroslav, I need help. I have a Saeco Stratos. It still works very well but now the coffee comes out too quick and too watery. Can you please guide me on how to adjust the grinder. It's now at setting no. 1. Cannot go any lower. My machine looks a lot like the Royal inside. Your help is very much appreciated! Thank you Miroslav. Hope to hear from you soon. John.
