Are you not putting the back side of heat shield? That goes behind the manifold?

Hi, I’m not entirely sure what you mean. My heat shield doesn’t seem to have another part to it. I’ll need to do some research on this. 🤔

@@WaterhouseForde there are two parts for a heat shield. Front and back. The front is big one as you showed, back side is just a plain sheet, but bolted on to the exhaust studs.
