Find out how a Liverpool businessman battled against all odds to get a grade 2 star listed building that had been laid derelict for over 25 years open in just 3 months. Due to a lack of cashflow from start to finish I had to travel to the far east and pitch to a room of 500 investors who had expressed an interest to invest in the UK.
With virtually no experiencer in this environment I managed to not only secure investment but also set in motion a business model that would see my business expand exponentially over the next 4 years.

...I sent pictures of my new , unmade - still in the box 'RMS TITANIC' deluxe 2012 centenary model , in 1/400 scale , to your hotel's Facebook page. My original idea was to display it in an illuminated 'fish tank' ...along with some repro Titanic tickets etc which I have inside some books I bought at the same time .
