The price was like mNy years ago, I don't now this price still exist, correct? I feel the episode was like 20 years ago, u can c the TV was old CRT not flat TV
I love it when they chat with their clients while one of them is sitting on the toilet. I’ve seen that in at least 3 different episodes. Is that a British thing?
@@neonskyline1 you didn't say anything about buying houses just tarnishing one city to prop up the other. sounded awfully close to a 'my dad is bigger than your dad' type comment
And a comment like that just makes you sound like a regular moron :) Liverpool is a beautiful city. I feel much more at home visiting there than having lived 5 years in Lonely London. If you don’t like it, don’t live there but no need to yuk someone else’s yum.

@@benconnolly4258thanks for the reply I know its late haha. If it was in 2000 90k would be 186k today. And that 4 bed at 80k that's only 166k today I wish a 4 bed house was that cheap today.
@@benconnolly4258really makes me sad what this country has come to. I might be younger than this episode depending what year it was and I doubt I'll ever own a house. It really is depressing.
Thanks for the download - interesting to hear the old prices!
Aigburth now is 160k minimum
Why on earth would the school playing fields be built on? The school needs a playing field, does it not?
Don’t know when this was filmed but houses 3 times the cost of what they are in this programme

It seems to be. Another annoying habit they have when having their homes open for viewing is more often than not the toilet lid is left up.
@@katbar6066 oh I’ve noticed. Makes me crazy.
Tiny spaces hard to film in? I'd assume they're doing the best they can with awkward spaces to set up the camera.
Thank you! totally made my day!
How old is this episode? Kirstie looks and sounds totally different. And nowadays even in Liverpool you can't get that kind of house for that cheap.
i wondered this haaaaa
Definitely I'd say maybe 2000 2001 x
I’d say 1997
80K for that 20 years ago. Cheaper than the US at that time even.
It's interesting prices in the Beatles city ! 🇬🇧♥️
A docker family got that kind of house back then?
Assuming this is from before 2010?

Wonder if this couple are still together and how their lives turned out. They'll probably be nearer 50 years old by now.
There’s something available for 20k? - a garage now near Brighton is 70k
No, lol.
She’s pretty
👍🏻
Don’t kids need space to play? Why would that be gone?
No, they get what they're given and adapt just fine. It's parents that are more of a problem.
90k for a house and 90k on top for the security features.
Ha! Good point :)
