I made your Buckwheat cake, turned out good, date rounds up the nutty flavor of buckwheat, I also minimized the sweetener in my cake. Please share more Buckwheat Flour baking ideas. Thank you...
Date is so tasty I m surprised it isn’t that well known in Europe and so. I think it is just because of export stuff and how they were introduced relatively late. I love mixing buckwheat with little almond flour they balance each other
Interesting! When I have time I need to experiment with almond flour. It can be expensive and hard to find in many cities. Yes, dates are amazing. It’s easy to find very good dates here in Sweden 🇸🇪.
Hello Mina thank you I am so glad you like it. Oh I doubled checked I do mention it in my video. If you watch the video I mention it at 0:23 secs quite close to the beginning. 170˚C, 325˚F, Gas 3. Let me know if you give this a try.
@@historyho101 hey no worries thank you for checking. I hope the sun is shining where you are. I am in London with the sunshine streaming through my window.
Looks so good & hearty! Question: Can you add buttermilk instead of regular milk?
+V 3 it is a good one. I’ve never used buttermilk. I’m guessing it should work. Let me know if you give it a go.
So yammy 💖 💖 Thank you so much for sharing my dear friend I ❤️ 👍

We relocated to Sweden for my husbands work.

@@SueMareeP I’m in Glasgow and sun is shining here too! Have a great day ☀️
I usually make cakes that are half thick and cook 20 minutes instead :)))
That’s interesting. Another great idea. Do you use a smaller baking tim?
It gives me stress to use a lot of flour etc so. I use fewer ingredients in the same pan and it cooks faster :)
