That reveal of Heihachi and the crowd going crazy for it is what I miss about E3 the most. When a company reveals something cool and people go crazy over it.
With Bison you could explain his resurrection away with Psycho Power nonsense. Heihachi is just a dude with no crazy supernatural abilities or devil gene like his kid, he's just a extremely jacked, ludicrously stubborn old guy who hates his family. Extremely funny no matter how you look at this.

That one Heihachi ending of him launching almost everyone into space is starting to make more sense. "Clearly throwing each other off cliffs and volcanoes towards the center of the Earth hasn't worked so let's try, the opposite direction."
Heihachi must have been supernaturally possessed some time in the early Tekken games and is no longer human. That would make sense as to how he keeps coming back.
I believe that Heihachi's family's lineage has to do with them being descendants of the warrior Gods of Japan because if you pay attention to the Statues, you can see two warrior Gods in the background on Reina's stage, and just like the Kazama bloodline how they foster life, the Mishimas could've also been protectors against the devil's power. Either that or they're descendants of one of the feudal lords of Japan who was a Mishima. Kazuya and Heihachi they may hate each other, but both of them are more alike than they know.
SFV and Tekken 7's endings both completely pointless now. Well at in SF's case in universe Bison has been dead for over a decade. While Tekken in universe couldn't even keep Heihachi dead for a year.
...You seriously believed death would stick in franchises with magic and super advanced tech that regularly cheat it? Akuma literally sent Bison to Hell in SF2, Shadaloo brought him back via test tube in 4, Urien and Kolin resurrected Charlie Nash as a patchwork cyborg zombie in V and on Tekken's end the Devil Gene brought Jin back to life after taking a bullet to the head point blank in T3 and has had a zombie cyborg as a mainstay on the roster since the same game.
For those who dont know, this trailer is a huge homage to Daisuke Gori, who also voiced another Heihachi in the past in one of the most iconic 80's Animes ever made alongside Fist of The North Star and Kinnikuman. Which is Otokojuku
You see that burst of energy at 7:49 that went through Heihachi??? My theory is, that burst of devil energy going through Heihachi probably awoke the devil gene in him, thus causing Heihachi to not only get younger/be reborn, but also let him survive the Volcano.
He doesn't have the Devil Gene. He's been incompatible with it since he tried bio-engineering it years ago. However, it could be that it's similar to how Kazuya and Jin awakened there's, even if slightly different-- Devil sought a new host after Devil Kazuya and Devil Jin lost their devil powers, and he entered into agreement with Heihachi. Maybe that eliminates the need to have compatibility with the actual gene.
@@Saxandfifths How is the devil going to seek out a new host when the Devil gene is directly tied to Kazumis bloodline? The Devil doesn't exist anymore, they retconned it with her. He's not a devil in any capacity, I think he's genuinely dead in the story. Do you understand how fucking lame and backwards pedaling it would be to announce that you're ending the Mishima saga and then bring back Heihachi and go back to the Tekken 6 all over again? Enough recycling of this shit and move on already. That being said Heihachi is noticeably younger in the trailer. His hair is black, and in all of the flashbacks they made sure his hair was white. If his hair is black with a fuller mustache then they're bringing back his older design and updating it. Those extra scenes building up to his outfit reveal were mostly flashbacks. That is the justification for him being in the roster

Mishima Immunities:
Earth: Cliffs
Fire: Volcanoes
Air: Rockets
Water: Untested
Time to test water immunities w/ iron boots!
@@burningcole2538 so if they can survive soul magic do they get to turn into Captain Planet?
"Heiachi Mishima is dead, yup definitely dead, no doubt about it"
-Raven, Probably.
"Raven, I'm taking you off the intel team till you learn what "dead" is."
Raven needs to start checking for a pulse.
Better yet, he needs to borrow Victor's gun.
For double taps.
Really walked out of a volcano saying sometimes you gotta pop out and show Mishimas. Crazy work
Kazuya Sees harada shoes..
Kazuya - This will make a fine addition to my collection
Bison and Heihachi are sitting in hell bored and they're like fk it im going back.
They took William Afton's signature technique, always coming back.
*Heihachi is like the Grimace: Nothing can kill him* 😁
the urple runs in the family
Heihachi: OH, YOU DIDN'T KNOW?! YOUR ASS BETTER CALL SOMEBODY!!!
Chipotle, Nike and now Heihachi!!! A truly fitting tribute for the 30th anniversary of the franchise!!
I love that they put the clip of Harads saying Heihachi was dead in the announcement lol
I'm a little pissed but it's genuinely so fucking funny how hard he refuses to die that I actually don't mind.
It’s just so absurd 🤣 you can’t stay mad
Yeah cause it’s almost like it’s a video game !…… anything can happen guys doesn’t have to make sense lol
Amen to that. Long live the true king of the iron fist!
Bet that volcano was just a hot spring to him lol
Lee Chaolan, somewhere:
Hey, Hachi... I thought you told me HE WAS DEAD
Heihachi must have been supernaturally possessed some time in the early Tekken games and is no longer human.
That would make sense as to how he keeps coming back.
5:45 I just realized the wings make Heihachi's hair shape
7:53 his body became red. Lava effect in heat mode FOR SURE
Goddamn Harada, I can't actually believe it. This was definitely a wild reveal but I'm excited
5:27 i had to pause because…DAMNNN
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Max Reacts Live in concert is something i never knew i needed until now.
I realized the Mishima Monk's crest looked like a fist.
THEY NEED TO GIVE US A PROPER DETAILED YOUNG HEIHACHI SKIN SIMILAR TO THE TAG 2 VERSION IN THE TEKKEN SHOP, THAT WOULD BE SO SICK
heihachi & m bison fighting to see who can undermine the ending of the previous game harder huh
Clearly the cliff/volcano drop thing isn't working. T5 Hei had it right: The Mishimas have to do space launches to get rid of each other.
The competition between William afton and Heihachi for " I always come back" title is getting tighter
"Heihachi is completely dead,"
No, no, he isn't. You can't kill the King Of Iron Fist.
5:26 thank you for the surprise Harada
I was looking for this comment 😂 Going to Evo suddenly seems like a much better idea than watching from home haha
Dayum 😳😳😳
@@shivajones108 I've never gone to it. 2025 is going to be the year!
Damn they really wanted the trend of throwing family members off of cliffs to continue 😂
Throw Reina in there while you’re at it fck it🤣
@@Ronin-kk4bt Could yet happen.
Kazuya: How many times do I have to kill you, OLD MAN!?
For those who dont know, this trailer is a huge homage to Daisuke Gori, who also voiced another Heihachi in the past in one of the most iconic 80's Animes ever made alongside Fist of The North Star and Kinnikuman.
Which is Otokojuku
Molten lava was just a rejuvenating sauna for that man lol
*"HOW MANY TIMES DO WE GOTTA TEACH YOU THIS LESSON OLD MAN?!"*
Heihachi: "I love the young people."
This is why you don’t kill off characters. So people don’t get mad when you go “wait a minute I got a new story idea for him”
At least Bison disappeared for a game (two if you put sf3 in its correct timeline order).
@@nathanthom8176wait what game was he not after being introduced in besides 3 unless you count second impact separately
@@luckysix1015 oops I was wrong... Damn, M. Bison was so poor in V and therefore so underplayed that I forgot he is even in it lol.
I think it's a clone
Very clever BandaiNamco with the 30th anniversary logo looking like the shape of Heihachi's head and haircut using the wings.
Kinda looks a little like Dr. WILY too
This is the most Tekken shit ever.. dammit Harada
5:27 made me stop my screen for a second lol
Nice jugz
I did for 2 seconds
Yeah same here lol I was like wait what was that then went back and yep couldnt miss those with her bouncing with excitement. Yeah the camera man was keeping an eye on her no doubt lol
Aye no cap I thought I was the only one. My homie loves fighting games ima have to get us tickets for next year. I didn’t know evo had shorties like that in attendance. Just my type
who is that, I have a research paper to do
Tekken 2: Kazuya resurrects with a little help from G Corp.
Tekken 8: Heihachi resurrects on his own.
Like father like son.
"THAT'S A BALD HEAD!" *As the lengthy hair is shown in close-up*
Also Kazuya Mishima: *spits Water Jim Carrey Style
"OOOOH COME ON!!!"
