Great explanation! I just bought the entire bundle of press, printer and circuit. Now I am working on getting over the overwhelmed feeling. You have helped. Thank you!
just subscribed. I was just playing with my Epson F170 and printed out a graphic. As I had no polyester shirts, I used a 100% cotton t-shirt. I have a heat press and used the recommended 355 degrees for 45 seconds. It printed on the shirt very nicely but it has a shadow print on the back of the shirt. Would it not have done that if I had placed a sheet of parchment paper in the middle (between the front and back) of the shirt? Will this happen on a 100% polyester shirt? Is this the reason that 100% or at least 50/50 polyester is recommended?
I bought my Epson 2400 this Black Friday at Walmart for $179.00. I bought my ink and paper on Amazon for just under $40.00. I haven’t used it yet but it’s economical and it’s very light weight and takes up very little room.
How long can you leave the print on the sub paper b4 applying to t-shirt. im doing a craft fair with a friend and we wanted to know if we print a lot of designs in advance would they be OK for a few hours b4 we needed to use them.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE all you video's. I am not able to join the live shows. I am watching from South Africa. I am getting my printers soon and you have been so helpful. Thank you!!
Hi, clothing shop online doesn't really tell me what's type of materials are those tshirts. They have 3 different descriptions on Gildan softstyle 64000. Antique colors & Sport Grey: 90/10 cotton/polyester *Heather colors & Blackberry: 35/65 cotton/ polyester *Graphite Heather: 50/50 cotton/ polyester And also when click to color, it doesn't have the name of ??? Heather either. How do I know which type of tshirt do I get. Please advise. Thanks
Hi Tina! That depends if you are creating them for yourself or for a customer. Personally, I don't like to wash anything I create to sell because you never know if they may have allergies to detergent. You can add the design to a brand new shirt and it wouldn't be affected! - Dawn

Joy the Highland Cow had me sold! everything else is just a bonus lol
I saw that you didn't rip the edges. Is it not necessary? Love the design

I converted one of my old epson echo tank printer and just love it.
How did you convert an old printer? I thought you could only convert an Epson if it was new. Thanks
Are you able to print on paper 8.50inch by 11inch?

Should T shirts and/or sweatshirts be prewashed before sublimating using the DTF powder method? What about when using HTV?

What Epson printer would you recommend for a beginner. I do not see it linked in the description box. Thanks!
Hi there! The Sawgrass printer that Crystal uses is our most recommended! - Dawn
Hello from western Wisconsin,
Hi Marie
Do you offer ready to press sublimation transfers? I have a heat press not a printer, would love to buy from you, thank you
Hi there! Our apologies but we don't offer the transfers, just the designs for you to print yourself. - Dawn
Can your designs be printed on sweatshirts and sold or are these for personal use only?
As long as you are printing the designs yourself with your own equipment, the premium license will cover you for selling sweatshirts 🙂
Are you using a 50/50 shirt? Or are a heather shirt?
Hi Brittany! These are the Cricut Infusible Ink shirts! - Dawn 🙂
Good old epson for me....
Glad it works !!
I don't see anything in the description about the Epson printer that has been converted to a sublimation printer.
It's easy just put sub ink in it not regular ink
Hi ! We have a video on it here th-cam.com/video/cEdeXdHh8lg/w-d-xo.html
