This is a fantastic use of shipping containers....I imagine the cost per 40 ft. Container around $10,000 to fit it out as shops...love this..

It is much less. It's about $5500 to set up a 40ft with 5 roller shutter doors. ROI is between 2-3yrs

You should get two documents from your supplier, a container release/interchange that usually comes in their name, the second document should be a sales agreement to show they have transferred ownership to you.
