  • Dr Jordan B Peterson and Amala Ekpunobi discuss her early life being raised in a far left household, the instances that caused her to question the all-encompassing ideology she had been fed, and her rise to providence as an internet and podcast personality, advocating for the truth across party lines.
Raised in a far-left activist household, twenty-two-year-old Amala Ekpunobi was once a student organizer for the left. Unanswered questions-and a search for the truth-led her to a complete ideological transformation. Passionately sharing her new conservative values online, Amala became a viral social media sensation. Now the host of PragerU’s popular show “Unapologetic with Amala,” she inspires millions of young people every day to discover the truth, defend their values, and lead better lives.

I remember seeing an "Anarchist" cartoon spoofing Robin Hood after his band of "Merry Men" robbed some millionaires. Little John turns to Robin Hood and asks when do they give what they robbed to the poor. Robin Hood replied that they don't give their money to the poor, but they simply give the poor the satisfaction that the rich were robbed.

I found a brillant quote in a video ("Victor Davis Hanson: Biden is the most dangerously radical President in US history" at 30:08 there ), a real eye-opener to me:
„So i think that the republican party finally is shedding this image that it‘s a bunch of white guys on a gulf course putting around and talking about capital gaines and privatizing social security. And it’s a party of the middle class in contrast to the democratic party that despises the white working class we know but really the entire working class and is a party of very very wealthy people, the Bill Gates', the Warren Buffets, the Zuckerbergs, the Bloombergs, and then the subsidized lower middle class and poor. And so they don’t care about the middle class. They feel they lack the romance of the poor and they don’t have the cultural sophistication of the wealthy and they make fun of them at 360 degrees, 24/7.“
(I hope I didn't make to many typos in this quote.)
I think it's the same here in Germany, with our social democratic party SPD and the leftist party.

cheers to you. stay strong on those ideals you have. remember the left may have a few points down, but are so entangled in radical activism, that the classically good points they brought to the table are strangled from being applicable. like, war is bad, people should be free and happy. now even those 2 points are twisted upside down. The current arguments they have are all debunkable if they dare to explore the inconvenient truths they stop short of.

the problem with the concept of immorality is that it has always been assumed even since the time of Adam & Eve that people actually have a choice or intelligence. and in order to make an intelligent choice, you have to have intelligence. if you don't have a sufficient amount of intelligence, how the heck are you going to make an intelligent choice?? society judges people of low intelligence as if they purposefully chose to be born with low I.Q.s. what madness!! higher intelligence (a.k.a. the Freudian superego) requires a certain distancing from instinctive impulses which reside in our subconscious minds, but if that part of the brain is damaged, how is the judge going to make sound judgement?? the chief of the tribe or the king of a kingdom used to decide what was moral and what was immoral or wrong. then the churches began to make that decision. and then finally a democratic majority of citizens began making that decision. the concepts of morality & immorality had evolved over the centuries. but now, in our present political climate, we have all been brainwashed into thinking that we are still living in medieval times. that's two steps backwards from progress or two steps down on the ladder to heaven. never downplay another person's suffering and belittle them. always have compassion for those who are less than you. for one day you may be in their shoes.

I was pretending to be a leftist for a longtime too, and I was self loathing and lacked confidence the entire time. My anger was all derived from not being able to see a way forward. I lashed out at normality. I refused to conform. But Then I started getting paychecks. I was able to get my license and bought a car and obtained my freedom. I expanded my circle of friends and was shown a fresh perspective. I realized leftist are bonkers. A normal life became exciting after I established some kind of control over my own life. I grew up. Also didn't have religion at the time and thought arrogantly that as a human I was strong enough to take on life by myself. I can see it in my younger self that leftist thinking is a great way to fit into a "group think" and have some sort of identity. "Folks are always asking me,
Did you fall out of a tree?
Did you slip and hurt your leg?
Can you work or do you beg?
    "Children, innocent and true,
Say, 'What happened, sir, to you?
I take time my tale to lend.
    Oftentimes I make a friend.
"Used to be that we were slapped
    With a tag called 'Handicapped.'
If you think I must be labeled,
    You may say, 'Partially disabled.'
    Part of my motion has been tabled;
My demise, though, is just fabled.
Fault may be mine or lie with none.
Fight the causes, find the fun!
    "'Crippled,' from Old English 'creep,'
No more is a term we keep.
You may say it; I won't slam it.
I may do it, not I am it.
"I say, 'Take me as I am.

You are the reason I decided to finally follow my dreams to become a Psychologist. I'm almost done with my associates and will be moving on to a 4 year university and then ultimately earn a PsyD. But, I will say It's taking everything I have to keep moving forward. I'm almost 40, a single mom and struggling financially since starting college. I love going to college but I'm scared not having the income I once had before COVID. But Everytime I watch you, another fire is lit under me to keep going because I love psychology and feel we need more psychologists to fight back against the radical ideologies and help those with mental illness instead of fueling more mental illness and ruining people's lives. I dropped out of highschool my senior year when I realized I wasn't going to graduate and spent the next 20 years working my butt off, at times over 100 hours a week, to become successful. I finally realized that money alone is a terrible measurement for success and that fulfillment and happiness is how I am going to measure success going forward. Since starting college , I've done very well, even made the honor society for my academic achievements. I've maintained no lower than a 3.86 until my son and I got Covid last semester. But I will continue to work my butt off. From highschool drop out that skipped school constantly to honor student and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor society that loves college and pursuing my dreams of becoming a Psychologist....as hard as it is financially right now, its so worth it. Thank you for all you do.

I thought that was just how life was supposed to be and that since I was making decent money that I was doing ok. But I wasn't, I was miserable! Living just to get through the day, not enjoying being a mom because I was so tired and so unhappy . It's hard going from doing not so bad financially to being poor as hell. This was very helpful to me. Jordan hit the nail on the head over and over and over again, and did such a thorough and effective job of explaining so very much that is crucial and vital to understand and understand about yourself, as well as pivotal in addressing and acknowledging exactly what is going on with oneself via introspection armed with some truthful knowledge that plays the key role in solving one’s own problems, helping to identify and understand them well enough to then be able to begin resolving the internal struggles one has, by recognizing what they are, specifically. Jordan did an outstanding job in giving reasonable viable solutions, as well, to such problems and struggles, by explaining the nature of them, and providing an alternative perspective to one’s current one, that will actually help, because it is based in truthful knowledge, as well as logic and reason. I got an incredible amount of insight into my own self, as well as, my own struggles and problems, and where I’ve gone fundamentally wrong in my own attempts to deal with my own struggles and challenges and problems. This was extremely helpful to me, on a very personal level. I am looking forward to watching and listening to more of Jordan. as someone with some intelligence myself, I am able to clearly understand everything he is saying, and really absorb the clear concise and very well spoken and very well thought out message he is carrying. and everything he said aligned 100% with my own thoughts on the subject matter. I do recognize about myself now, after having watched and listened to Jordan, that I am someone that can far more easily apply such knowledge and understanding in a practical manner to others, than I am able to practically apply to my own self and my own life. This was very helpful to me because it helped me to see how much I have been out of touch with my own personal self and my personal problems and highly disconnected from what is actually at the core of my own personal problems and how I’ve been unable to solve them because my own understanding of them was inadequate. I am hoping now, with better understanding of them, I will be more able to help myself, and better equipped to handle them.
    Thank you so much Jordan.
and it is always wonderful to listen to Amala, she is an incredibly bright and intelligent young lady, and wise beyond her years. Always a pleasure.
