It’s time for two absolute monsters to go head-to-head!! We’ve got a tuned AMG C63 Black Series taking on a tuned F80 BMW M3!
Trust us, the stats on both of these cars are absolutely out of this world. Starting with the C63, it’s packing a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 which delivers an incredible 750hp & 950Nm of torque! It’s RWD only and weighs in at 1,750kg.
As for the F80, it’s powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo straight-six which can put down 700hp and a matching 950Nm! It’s lighter than the C63, though, weighing in at 1,550kg, and of course, it’s also RWD.
So the BMW’s slightly down on power, but it’s also 200kg lighter! Will that make the difference? There’s only one way to find out - LET’S RACE!

You can carpet it and if the tyres (PS4s) are warm, there's 0 slip. Incredible cars C63's :-)
I've had one of these and if you feather the launch, the torque hits a bit later in the rev band even though it's a big 6.2 and traction is actually not bad at all (of course, can't speak to a Weistec supercharge tune!). The new turbo W205 C63s have torque much lower and are much harder to launch as a result.
@@VersanGetryx yeah turbos are so hard to launch. I have a e550 coupe stage 2 so I’m making about the same amount of torque as this weistec Mercedes, but much lower HP. But my torque comes early so I spin a launch at half throttle with ease

We can warm whilst standing, how immaculate
200mph in 6th gear! There was still 7th to go! The tuner really needs to play with those ratios to get max performance from that car
7th is for highway cruising. Not worth the hassle of redoing the trans.

You can only fit a lower FD and that will just make it spin up more At lower speeds. You can't 'tune' or the individual gears on this transmission.
Its ludicrous how fast that thing is still accelerating at 190+mph

@@jasonw98 I have a C63 w204 with the same exhaust and it sounds like thunder. The mic doesn't pic it up at all. Search C63 iPE exhaust in London on TH-cam and that'll give you a good idea

Besides only sound, the 4-cylinder will easily beat out the old V8 in straight line and cornering. You can't deny that fact.

Looks like the C63 was geared for higher top speed. Would explain why the M3 pulls ahead on the rolling start, then the C63 reels it in past 160. Gawd... still accelerating like that approaching 200 mph!

I don’t think any of these are perfect matches. Out of the factory, they were good matches. With different workshops tuning in different ways, I think they’re pretty random line ups.
Same was said for ICE cars that they were Machines and not living beings like horse.
This C63 Might Be Better In the Rolling Races And Top Speed. The Audi In The 1/4 Mile. But I Will Take The M3 E92.

A stock e60 m5 with 507 bhp hits 204 mph when you take the limiter off. So you’d think this would hit 210-215. The wing will hold it back though

such a beauty. The touring car championships always made me mad for cars like these. The bodywork on the street version is just perfection. Wish more car brands did this. But I understand that it wouldn't get through regulations in alot of countries.
@@jadian4281 even stock, sort of, my C63 will still outrun most new cars on the streets with ease. The W204 will always be one of the great beasts of track and street. I personally am getting a new car, but ill never forget my W204
