This would make for crazy moments.
I realllly hope they take it easy with the semi and full auto weapons. Part of why I enjoyed hunt at first really was because it felt like you could punish people who miss, if I know it will take them a full second or two before they can shoot again I could maybe reposition or take a cheeky peak, but now it feels like everything just shoots too fast for the fast ttk. And because hunt is so focused on the gun-play over everything else, melee combat really has always played second fiddle. it's simple how to black powder weapons, you make them just as reliable as they are in real life! Where even a little water or wind makes them inoperable. Metal armor was still viable during the Napoleonic wars. Heavy calvary still wore breastplate that could protect against bullets. I feel like melee will naturally be a prevalent force due to the muzzleloaders. I'm sure the automatic weapons will also be slow and unwieldy and not completely overpower the melee. After all, melee is a good strategy in Hunt which has much better weapons than this game's era.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... They'd be better off dumping the semi-auto's and automatics and focusing on period correct arms and the melee system. Rather make something unique inspired by Hunt, than make a differently styled version of it.

I've got my eye on this 👁️
THE SHAOSHAO!! the legendary ww1 french lmg
I feel like melee will naturally be a prevalent force due to the muzzleloaders. I'm sure the automatic weapons will also be slow and unwieldy and not completely overpower the melee. After all, melee is a good strategy in Hunt which has much better weapons than this game's era.
This game sounds awesome.
So it's like a medieval hunt showdown!? Dude I love hunt showdown!
ngl this could be the first exxtraction "shooter" that i might enjoy.
Fire can’t melt Stone Beams
Maybe weapon jams, say with dirt or quality of the weapons. Something like that might make it balanced enough with melee.
I hope it will eventually be on console
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...
They'd be better off dumping the semi-auto's and automatics and focusing on period correct arms and the melee system.
Rather make something unique inspired by Hunt, than make a differently styled version of it.
Looks great! Hunt Showdown with flintlocks is everything I could have ever dreamed of!!!
I was just thinking the other day how there’s not enough extraction shooters for me to play and just way too many single campaign immersive stories that take me 100 hours to complete. Oh wait it’s the exact freaking opposite.
Meh just not enough space in market for it. Looks cool but can’t see players sticking around
Whenever I’ve heard "liberty, equality, fraternity" in English it I through I had a damn stroke… For non-french: "liberté égalité fraternité" is the motto of the French Republic
And we really don’t hear it in other languages often or at all
But the fact that the game is said taking place in Napoleonic France is kinda anachronistic, well possible but not really… I truely hope that, for once, France will be depict correctly and not just a bunch of stereotypes squeezed together
OMG It's Hell Showdown!
This basically hunt showdown but in a different universe. Might be cool
about to get what ? 2:58 !!!! i can't hear u mate can u speak more clearly please ?
sounds like guts and blackpowder
They need to do a modern setting like squad
Hope we can expect to see it be released on consoles…
hll and hunt showdwon are my most played games right now XD cant wait 4 this
Give me a Martini Henry and I'll be SUPER happy
It looks exactly like Hunt showdown, I have no idea how they're not getting copyright infringements
Black MAH AH.
