Feeling frustrated that things aren't going your way? Guess what.
If you focus on improving JUST 1% everyday - you will be 37 times BETTER in just 1 year.
The power of small improvements is massive.
So what are you waiting for?
Stop skipping the gym, stop scrolling social media (unless it's Lost LeBlanc), and definitely stop waiting for the perfect moment to take action.
    Let's make today count.

Very relatable! Over the past few years anxiety created avoidance as a habbit for me. I'm driven to create short form video content but the thoughts of success or failure cause me to avoide. Overthinking the amount to learn or do becomes a burden and I never start 😢

I just want to say thanks Christian! You were a big motivator in myself making a career change. I was un happy in the IT field and wanted desperately to be creating content for a living. I had a revelation during one of the most beautiful sunsets in Hawaii on my honeymoon. I realized the time was now! I worked hard putting together a video reel/ portfolio. Now I work remotely for one of the biggest marketing agency in the world as a video editor/ motion graphic artist! I'm making more money than ever before with the flexibility of living anywhere I want. I am not typing this to brag, but to truly so thank you for the motivation.
Next, I want to get in better shape and create a body I am proud of. I will be taking this information to heart and utilizing this in my everyday life. Here we come 6 pack! lol

@@lostleblanc Its frustrating always being told to be better, do better, do this and do that.😂 All said by social media gurus, who more often than not just got a lucky break starting off in what they do. We all know how to improve our own lives or stop bad habbits, its not rocket science. Whether people want to or not is a seperate issue. It's just the same regurgitated "follow these points guys!" system.😴 No offense, I just prefer your travel vids Mr Lost!❤

Its about balance. Be chill a little we arent robots, or join the military.✌🏻

I picked my skin to the degree of infection and sometimes it comes back under stress which is ok but something that has helped me is not holding long time goals like not picking for 2 days. Starting with delaying the urge for 20 seconds through breathing or clenching.
Went on a walk, kept my nails short but specifically delaying the urge and recognising when that urge is strongest like when I’m watching tv I pick more

The thing about building and breaking bad habits is that you have to want it deep down. My habit when I began making videos was I slacked off when it was time to edit. This was due to a lack of self-esteem. A fear of not doing well or being accepted.
I am now taking the steps that I need to make my videos better. On days when I don't have a video to edit, i open premiere pro, and i experiment with new techniques to make my stories more engaging. It is a slow process, but I believe that I am slowly getting there, and with time, they will get better and better.

Hey Christian! youre an inspiration to us all!
My digital nomad journey might be in the beginning, but ive come a long way.
Started in the military as a fighter, i realised its not for me. i quit after 3 years.
My next move was a bold one but i decided to just leave everything and a month later i moved continents and ended up living in an apartment in London working there in sales for a year.
I realised the work wasnt what i wanted, but expiriencing different cultures, cities and countries is what i want. i decided to move back and study digital marketing.
Being able to work for brands from anywhere in the world was my goal and now i've got only 4 months left to finish my studies and off to finding work for clients remotely.
I hope by the end of 2024 to already be able to work, travel and hopefully live in bali ;)
P.S: I still remember coming back from missions exhausted, drained mentally and physically, opening one of your videos and feeling like im in another world expiriencing the trips along side.
You gave me, and others the feeling of being around the world straight from our couch. Your an inspiration to us all.
Thank you and keep up the good work!!
