I would rather invest in Vietnam or Thailand because South america is not the most stable zones for tourism or business, its disadvantaged in terms of trade accessability its workforce is smaller its state support for business is questionable, and we are talking about internal population growth as well as economic opportunity/output in our lifetime only 100 years maximum. For example South east asia is sitting in the middle of Major trade arteries making food and more goods affordable for local population and local population sallaries does not require to be higher because of this reason, tourism tends to come to those places because of affordability and quality and it has larger pool of people who could visit from all over the world. since it is a transit hubs of major population of the world. I spent time on Caye Calker in Belize and really liked it. I felt the island I was on was too small but the weather was great, the currency being tied to the US dollar was helpful. The food was spectacular. The barrier reef was fantastic. I took my 20 year old daughter and she loved the snorkel experience. I will be back
The thing is I'd like to know how he's going to go about waste management, how water and piping works and so forth? Because what I noticed about the Cay Calker area is a lot of the land they're building has to be filled which costs money. The infrastructure isn't the same that's why places like Bali and Tulum are a bit more expensive since the infrastructure is already there.
looks beautiful. one place i am keen to look at investing in and perhaps living fulltime if things go my way this year. Thank you for sharing. Love the journey you are on.
how about Hurricanes? I live on the gulf of mexico and looking to bail out of Florida...what about property insurance there? such a thing? how about medical facility options?
Given the topography of Belize, this little paradise in a few years might be underwater just like all the low-lying land formations, but hopefully, I'm wrong.
I have mixed feelings about this! Hawaii was an amazing place to grow up to being from Alaska. People and movie stars took over and the Hawaii I fell in love with changed it 😢. I think there should be a limit otherwise Belize will loose their culture like Hawaii did
Buy an expensive land for 45k then you have to pay 400k for construction hahaha. This is so overvalued. You can buy the same house in mexico for cheaper and the city is already built.
Everything looks perfect but I gotta ask if they are planning how to protect the ecosystem since this is the real attraction and something they’re also using to promote the project.
No it’s not gonna happen in your lifetime anyway, all the places that’s near the sea are “vulnerable” by that definition. There are six senses, four season, hiltons and many other luxury brands building there, yeah if there was an imminent threat they wouldn’t be investing billions of dollars
@@luxurytravel759 So we shouldn't care just because it's not going to happen in our lifetime? What about your kids' lifetime? And their kids? Btw, I've seen many beaches reduced by half in Jamaica from when I was a kid to now. It's definitely happening in my lifetime.

The locals call the Belize Islands Blessed due to the lack of powerful hurricanes.
They just built a hospital on Ambergriss Caye
Great business move, questionable from an ethical standpoint. But smart on your end to get in there now.
Given the topography of Belize, this little paradise in a few years might be underwater just like all the low-lying land formations, but hopefully, I'm wrong.
It's giving "buy my NFT project"
Can you imagine the nightmare of dealing with their contractors? No thanks. If you buy anywhere, buy already built-de-risk the opportunity
And just look at the trouble Christian already had with just one of his contractors in Bali.
Very Brave and adventurous move, live your life to the fullest no matter what other people are commenting ⛱️thank you for always sharing..
Look up John Mcafee who lived in Belize
I have mixed feelings about this!
Hawaii was an amazing place to grow up to being from Alaska.
People and movie stars took over and the Hawaii I fell in love with changed it 😢.
I think there should be a limit otherwise Belize will loose their culture like Hawaii did
I don't know...just not convinced...What do you think happens to the environment when it is developed?
Too Long.. Too Indulgent..
Buy an expensive land for 45k then you have to pay 400k for construction hahaha. This is so overvalued. You can buy the same house in mexico for cheaper and the city is already built.
Why would you buy an island? LOL
Everything looks perfect but I gotta ask if they are planning how to protect the ecosystem since this is the real attraction and something they’re also using to promote the project.
Absolutely.
What about rising sea levels? Belize seems vulnerable.
No it’s not gonna happen in your lifetime anyway, all the places that’s near the sea are “vulnerable” by that definition. There are six senses, four season, hiltons and many other luxury brands building there, yeah if there was an imminent threat they wouldn’t be investing billions of dollars
Flooded Miami has entered the chat… 🙄
Fake news
@@luxurytravel759 So we shouldn't care just because it's not going to happen in our lifetime? What about your kids' lifetime? And their kids? Btw, I've seen many beaches reduced by half in Jamaica from when I was a kid to now. It's definitely happening in my lifetime.
@@lisaedmondson780 That’s not what I said at all, I said there are tons and tons of places, vast majority of the land there is undeveloped, so you can build on them, doesn’t mean it’s destroying the environment. What you are saying though (and if I’m misunderstanding it then correct me please) is that humans should not touch it at all and leave it as is.
Amazing success. Very happy for you and the hard work you have put in. Your success is helping me not give up myself with my life threatening bad health. Once I have overcome my bad health the rest should be easy following your programme. I am blown away by your success because I watched you from the beginning. Your though process is amazing
ground floor is going to be fun when the ice caps melt , but now they look like a lot of fun.
😆
Terrifyingly funny!
Howdy, neighbor. I have a lot in Habitat Belize and construction on my house should start this summer. Hope to meet you once my wife and I are settled there.
sponsored vid.
A step in the right direction.Bravo ❤❤🙏
What’s the opinions and implications to the local people/community - who were probably kicked off of their land for this colonized development?
Everybodies moving to Belize man
I got two friends that bought land there together
It’s a new travel hub for sure ❤❤
The more of this video I watched, the more I realised I was watching a fucking COMMERCIAL!!!!
Sadly You guys are destroying the beauty if this World… unsubscribing…
I was told Belize is run by gangsters who also own all the casinos over there. You should also think about safety...
Great video, Christian! Love that beautiful spot. So did you ever name those three trees? I'm still calling for Orion's belt (Alnitak, Alnilam, Mintaka) or Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.
We... Don't you mean you?
Belize is such a beautiful place, felt so connected.❤ Great vibes, pure goals.
🙏🏾✨🇱🇨🇨🇦
Omg I was looking at this 3 years ago 🥰🥰 love Belize
Everything is paradise - until the original inhabitants comes to collect 'their tax", you know- the tax that keeps your house from mysteriously burning down all of a sudden. You're in their land & their rules.
You can actually buy good land in Barbados cheaper than that, or grab a bargain unfinished home when they come up for auction. There are thousands of them here, just the shell and finish it yourself. It's safer, the people are super friendly, it's still the Caribbean but escapes most of the major hurricanes and the sea is just as blue. But credit to you for a super, well produced video.
The Narator can do with his money as he likes. But if I were biulding something there the Architecture would either be
" Victorian, " Craftsman, " English, " German/Swiss " or "Mediterranean Style " !
That Structure @ 19:18 and on looks like " a Dentists Office," or " a Libruary " ! /
Build what you like but, " Better Designs Can be had " !
If you buy land, do you get citizenship or residency⁉️🤷🏻♂️
Let's keep destroying ecosystems so we can create mass tourism, sounds great
I don't comment often BUT, the hate is too much. People evolve, and they should. Christian is branching out, doing new things, setting up his life and taking risks. I think this is wonderful and I admire what he's doing. He still does travel vlogs but he wants to do other things too - good for you, Christian.
a rule of thumb to follow.
.buy where Black Rock or Vanguard isn't (mayor cities)
.buy before it gets hot
.buy land, not a house already finished
. buy in economies where the "3rd world" is disappearing quickly
Belize is a great option, a great choice sir.
Been taking a yearly trip there since 2016 and it’s grown so much! I hope ghost recommend checking out bocas del toro Panama too
Are you building 1 big house on two lots or did you only show one of the two houses?
I’ve been around a long time and done it all. I can tell you after looking at that guy Will For 2 seconds, that dude is a sleazy, used car salesman who I would not trust with your neighbors money.
But wait if you buy 1 now I'll throw in a set of steak knives absolutely free.....
LeBlanc "You" have homes in Belize, Dubai, and Bali....it's not "WE"... keep saying it making her happy , everyone understands bro😉
Just check Belize and hurricanes. On average every 10 years a major hurricane hits Belize causing major damage to the island. Not sure if it is a good investment considering that the island is route to major storms and hurricanes.
I love Belize. We've been thinking of buying there for 5 years now. Still haven't taken the plunge yet. Hopefully, this year. I vacation there a lot and absolutely love it.
Is the crime as bad as its reputation?
Absolutely not
Position position position. That's what makes house prices go up. And that's why shacks in the sticks don't go up.
Looooooved this!!! I've been working with Will's team to buy a lot there also!!! Great investment and thank you for this video ❤
very happy for you mate !
Well you definitely got in on the ground floor that’s for sure! Maybe even the basement floor. Your definitely early, I think maybe a little to early, by the looks of things 10 - 15 years too early
hmmmm off-grid.....does this mean septic tanks....no sewage treatment plants, increased traffic no good for coral reefs, habitats, etc.
Pirates a big problem. I knew people who bought an island in this region and pirates made their existence a living hell.
I think you are thinking of Somalia 😂
Wasn’t an American shot in his home on Ambergris Caye and the Belizean authorities never got to the bottom of it?
Crime Stoppers Belize reported that from about mid-January 2021 to present, armed pirates at sea have been robbing fishermen, boaters, and others along the coast. Efforts to stop the piracy have so far failed.
Amazing! Thanks for this amazing video, I’m in Bali at the moment and Ill love to meet you guys if you’re around this days and talk about this amazing opportunity in Belize!!! Big hug bro!
Wish to meet in you in person one day ❤️ you have inspired us to become a TH-camr and we are finally travelling the world and documenting it as we travel. We will be in Bali Mid May till Mid June this year ❤️
Advertisement or not.... he's right and I'll come back one day to laugh at y'all 😂
You’re gonna have to learn to pronounce Ambergris Cay if you’re gonna live/be there 😂
Secret beach was a solid 45 mins of hellish roads on a golf cart to get to the beaches there. Sad that people are taking this untouched area that a lot of local species rely on as the only wild place left on ambergris
Is it included in the price the cost that they are going to have installing electricity, water and building up the roads? And all these norma things...?
if you think how this channel started its really inspiring where this is going
land tenor? Freehold or Leasehold ?
this is elena duran robert mom thanks for the video iam using my son acount muchos saludos
Even passport-heavy got land there. It seems like a good investment. I've been there it's great vibes.
I am now convinced that this yt channel is probably only like 1% of your income, kuddos diversifying
It is probably like 70% off his income dude
