  • 고령의 어르신들에게 운동은 치매뿐만 아니라 만성질환이나 낙상 등 사고 예방에도 많은 도움이 되는데요.
    하루3번, 앉아서도 할 수 있는 3분 건강 체조로 치매예방도 하시고 건강도 챙기시기 바랍니다

    요즘 젊은이들은 어르신들의 간이고 쓸개고
    다 빼먹겠다는 심보거든요.
    가면 갈수록 평생을 교회를 다니신 어르신들은 종교계의 지도자들을 잘 보세요.
