I have grown Dragon fruit plant from seeds,
Take a Dragon fruit and cut a small piece of it then take out the flash and mash with your hands in a container with some potting soil , cover it with some soil, water only to moist the soil then cover the lid and put in some shady area.
After 2 to 3 weeks they will start germinating, once they grown strong enough transplant in separate pots, water and fertilize as needed.
