I love Jordan so much. I'm American and recommend all Americans to visit Jordan. Most hospitable people in the world. Jordan is safe and very tourist freindly. The people are so freindly and kind. Very educated people, great food and wonderful tourist attractions. Petra, Dead Sea, Jordan River, Aqaba and many religious sites for all religions . Jordan has been my favorite vacation spot for the past 6 years. Highly recommended. You will love Jordan.
Jordan must maintain its clean image at all costs. People are just looking for any reason to hurts its image. A moderate Jordan is imperative for its international standings .
You are more than welcome to come over again and again and again, we love to meet nice and loving people like yourself. Consider it your second home, you will never feel like a stranger there. More likely to love it more by time you make more visits to there. Thank you a lot for your kind words indeed! We will be waiting for you next time (Jordanian-Canadian here)
Again , Jordan must remain moderate and reject any religious extremists! As long as Jordanians are tolerant and accepting of other religions and races , it will always be accepted by the international community ... Jordanians are respected for a reason !!

Your joyfulness on each bite you get it remained me of children when they try icecream or cake for the very first time!!! God bless you always and your family...I love how your beautiful family company to every trip.
Mark keeps his eyes open at all times just to savor every moment and never miss a thing! The textures of the different hummus variations is amazing (it even sinks in from the drops of hot sauce!). I believe this food is about combining spices and textures, rather than tastes. There is less different ingredients but more combinations. Thumbs up!
Wow ! You never cease to amaze me Mark. A truly fantastic journey of the culinary arts. My favorite I think was that semolina pastry at the end . I so admire the support you get from Ying that makes you both a wonderful team. Cheers folks.
I love Middle Eastern food. The falafal sandwich looks amazing. You have got to try Pickled Turnips...they are the bomb! The hummus, the pita...everything looks so delicious.
Jordan is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE...this is just part of the food. The scenery is amazing. If any of you visit...go to jerush, go to the dead sea, and go to Petra...and the red sea...also, eat STREET SHAWIRMA. its a must.
