I never eat down in Petra. There are many more nice restaurants in Amman. My Mom's Recipe is the best restaurant in Wadi Musa. Zerb cooked at Wadi Rum camps is delicious. It takes hours to prepare and cook. Aqaba has a lot of nice restaurants near Pizza Street
Hi, Mansaf was on my list and we were about to go and try Mansaf our last night in Amman, but in the end, we decided to go to Hashem for falafel and hummus one more time because we loved it so much 🙈. But you are absolutely right, Mansaf definitely should have been on the list! 😊

Ful is like white Channa in India and in last the cooking on chulha is great in India in my villages the style of cooking is still like that
