Thanks dude we love that track we thought it quite poignant to include it as we have nowhere specific to call home anymore since we sold up and headed off 👍🏼
Great to see you back and well done Liz, while I ride with one leg I can't comprehend riding with one hand. Impressive stuff. Ridden that route quite a bit, hardest bit is avoiding the campervans!
The sun shines on the righteous. I did a similar trip nine years ago and it pi%%ed down every day for a week, I could not have been more soaked in a bath ! Ten degrees maximum and in July !! Unfortunately in put me off ever going back...Your vids show me what it could be like, keep going.
Oh believe us we’ve been caught out on some beautiful rides in torrential rain, especially an awesome ride we did once in France, it would have been so much better if the sun had shone. There’s never a wrong way on a motorcycle, you take what the universe gives you 👊🏼 don’t give up on it dude 🤘🏼
Some nice roads and scenery i went to Fort William about 50 years ago for a weekend, which was ok, but a lot of snow. Keep safe. I really envy you two.
@@BionicBikers At 70 I have a lifetime of riding bikes all year round except for in the snow and ice. Never owned a car. I've owned 30+ bikes (all brands) over that time, mostly big cruisers, a couple of adventure bikes. Due to knee problems I need something light nowadays so I have a Honda ADV350 (for shops and touring, it's brilliant!) and a CL500 which is great fun on these wet muddy lanes. I still get an adrenalin rush as I go into the garage to get a bike out! You both take care. Cheers.
Nice episode guys. How lucky were you with the weather that day it could not have been any better. The only trouble I found doing the west coast of Scotland was how many times I turned my go pro on and off, every corner gives a different picture. I don’t think I’ve been anywhere like it in the world. Looking forward to seeing how you did on that hairpin coming down the other side of the applecross pass. I bet your glad you recorded it as I’m sure you were not looking at the epic views down the valley. Stay safe and happy travels .
Oh the weather gets even better for a little while yet it was awesome. Yes the hairpin, let’s just say it’s a little trying especially when you add a long wheel base van right up your exhaust pipe 😂😂😂 and the place we make it too is very interesting to say the least. Hope you’re keeping well dude 👊🏼
Scotland is utterly stunning by bike, even if the weather is not on side, but when it is... absobloominlutly fantasticals!
That piece of music HOME by Ludlow….. beautiful. Great viewing guys. Thank you

It’s a great tune! Thanks ❤

Yes the vans lol actually a lot of them were pretty good 👍🏼 it is hard getting the right turning circle and matching speed/braking for sure 👍🏼
Ah thanks 🙏🏻 I have my moments as I’m sure you do too 😊 You’re a legend 🎉
@@Bionicbikerchick Its not how many times we fall down but how many times we get up that counts
@ agree 💯 to that 🙏🏻

Thanks dude, 50 years ago 😳 please tell us you were riding some classic old motorcycle 😁🤔🤘🏼👊🏼
@BionicBikers I am now a triumph thunderbird 6t 1960. Must say Fort William was in a friends car.
50 years ago! 1974?! The year I was born 😊 how poignant you’ve watched this in my 50th year ❤
Love your bikes, just goes to show you don't need a bloody BMW GS to go touring.
You take care, ride safe, and enjoy!
Thank you 🎉 absolutely 💯 an adventure can be on any bike, car or whatever you choose ❤
Cheers dude, adventure is in the heart and soul for sure. Regardless how you get there, what’s your ride ?
