Well colonialism is the best thing that's ever happened to earth.If britain had not colonised usa,australia,new zealand or many countries in asia and africa all of these countries would never even had cars.Britain ,france and netherlands colonised most of earth for themselves but it benefited both sides you know.But it is true that britain's population would have been 300 million+ if they had'nt colonised and migrated.It is high time we forget about colonialism and mind our own business.
Without doubt, in spite of obvious problems with colonialism (when local populations were treated as second sort citizens), the final result we have today (lack of widespread famine, technological development, much higher than before life expectancies etc) speaks for itself.
