  • Showcase of Nova Scotia Fossils and Geology series is developed to provide Nova Scotia high school students with presentations from international geoscientists who have worked in Nova Scotia.
    This episode features Gerald Gloade, a Millbrook educator and artist that works at the Mi'kmawey Debert Cultural Centre.
    Gerald talks about linkages between Mi'kmaw history and sites of geological material such as agate found along the shores of the Bay of Fundy. This episode was hosted by Dr. Tim Fedak, Curator of Geology, Nova Scotia Museum, and is co-hosted by Luke Allen, a student at Citadel High School in Halifax.
