      You can get close by following Olympic. and looking how it was changed on surviving panels of Britannic. Even though these carvings were allowed imagination, They couldn't deviate too far, it still had to fit in. But yes, it will not be possible to get Titanic exactly.

      It appears that the main body is simply a tree turned upside down and the "table" is the main root of said tree. It's pretty simple to make and figure out how to make it just by studying how it looks and fits together. I will mention, however, that the first 6inches/foot of "table/shelf" immediately close to the gentleman appears to be made in a way that it can have a wedge put under it to change it's height and pivot to make the work piece level/easier to work. The only thing I'd recommend is to to watch other videos of how to make sawhorses from logs to get an idea of how things fit together.
