      Yeah I am gonna do a polishing video 👍 that’s a great polisher, both rotary and DA have a purpose, rotary is best for cutting and speed and DAs are better for finishing and getting rid of buffer trails and holograms, I always use both in conjunction with each other

    Awesome job. I'm watching more painting videos because I have some to do on an old astra. How do you find the mipa solvent based? I've got to paint ultra blue and was advised to colour it black first then then cover it with the blue to avoid it appearing patchy

    Great work, as always. Is there any chance you can explain a bit about the 1 bar drop coat part. What are the benefits / idea behind it. Thanks 👍

    • @TheHumblePaintSprayer333
      @TheHumblePaintSprayer333  14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      It is part of this paint system to drop coat and blend @ 1 bar Some paint systems don’t drop coat at 1 bar some do, it’s really on water base coat more but it does help reducing the pressure on other base coats too
      It’s for metallic and effect colours With the lower pressure it help reduce all the metallic standing up and helps it lay down more evenly, higher pressure with a light dryer coat can make the metallic stand up and bunch together so there’s to much metallic on the surface

    yes jay and reece and iam well thanks Jay just got a new spray gun devibliss blue pro lite 1.3 TE10 for base and solvent carnt wait to used it Jay great vidieo by the way mate Jay whats the best stuff for fixing a ford focus front cracked bumper tried plastic welding no good

    • @cammy9r
      @cammy9r 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Some bumper cover plastics don't weld and have to be glue repaired. Search for 2k PU Plastic Repair and you will get various brands of similar stuff. 3m is pretty expensive but I have good results using Delta d314 adhesive for around a tenner.

    • @TheHumblePaintSprayer333
      @TheHumblePaintSprayer333  14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That will give you great results very capable spray gun
      I normally try hot staples in a crack first to hold it together then weld and sometimes mesh and 2 pack glue behind it to give it extra strength
      It depends on the type of plastic to how well it will weld

    • @TheHumblePaintSprayer333
      @TheHumblePaintSprayer333  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Cheers, it is good but is pricey and consumes a lot of air on heating modes, but it does work
      Trouble is my air comes through a dryer and it cools it so then its heating it again
