@@tchin2020 Actualy marrakech isnt in her travel style i guess, so modern and just a big city, nothing unique to experience except the historic monuments and place jamaa fena, she have experienced the wildest morocco, and thats unique!
Is West Sahara a part of Morocco?
So how many of us shouted out "Don't tell him Noraly!" when the fixer asked is she was travelling alone? I was so glad to see she just ignored him! I'm looking forward already to learning all about Mauritania now!
Who are fixers and what do they do? 🤔
@@reginalda350 People with local knowledge and connections who may help with bureaucracy and "greasing the wheels" when necessary. In my experience they can range from an extra skilled tour guide, to criminal operators, depending on the location and conditions. Sometimes people try to sell their "fixing" skills based on the ignorance of visitor who may be concerned about how to navigate a situation (like a border crossing). Noraly seems always eminently prepared and in this case seemed to know she would not have any difficulty or need any assistance. As we saw, she was correct.

A woman traveling all Morocco alone and then crossing the border to Mauritania gives you an Idea of how safe Morocco and Moroccan Sahara are❤ thanks for sharing your adventures and wish you enjoy your next destinations.
Then why they moved Dakkar rally if its soooo safe
You know Dakar is Mauritania right? And two when the rally riders are more concernd about thier race than human lives than they have to go. So the local people of Morocco and Mauritania does not mis it. They are right so@@_____J______

Been there once a long time ago, it was a fascinating country. Friendly people overall, but in our experience (and that of other people in our hotel) at least too many pushy macho guys pestering western women (and too many people trying to sell us cheap junk touristy stuff, but that's probably not that much of a problem outside the main tourist/beach destinations).

And those locals who want foreigners to feel welcome should care as these actions make feel foreigners feel unwelcome and not safe.

I'm 67. When I was 12 years old I fell in love with a pretty 13 year old girl from Walata in Mauritania that I saw in a picture in a Geography book my aunt gave me. If I close my eyes I can still see her face :) Funny how memory works
Do you still have that book? Maybe it's possible to trace her, she should be 68 now.

Mauritania first and then off to Dakar! Dream scenario: traveling through all the "small" countries in West Africa, showing us all the different tribes with their own cultures, languages, food etc. and then all the way down to south africa and park Alaska next to Savanah in the museum.❤

You are living a bikers’ dream life and many congratulations to you.
Your videos are highly appreciated and anticipated. But here is a request. Make your videos longer like they used to be in early seasons. I know it is fast world and everyone is hard pressed for time. But your videos are so refreshing after a day’s work, we always end up wishing they didn’t end so soon 😊.

The border crossings are always interesting as we watch Noraly adapt to a new set of rules and challeges. She reminds me of how a duck gives a quick shake of the feathers and everythng settles into place and paddles smoothly away. It certainly would drive many of us to distraction but it is just another day in the saddle for her.

Suggestion Noraly, maybe buy a couple smaller water bags. In case one leaks or you loose another, you will have more bags of water while crossing the deserts. Safe, pleasant trails to you! Looking forward to your next video!

With regard to changing the currency, whether Moroccan or dollar, there are brokers on the road in Mauritania, especially on the outskirts of the city of Chami or Nouakchott. Yes, they may exchange for you a little less than the official rate, but I think maybe it is better than returning to Morocco in search of an aquamatic window, because it may cost you Reimbursement of exit and entry fees to the two countries.
I wish you good health and safety on the roads. And pray, you are an example to follow for a strong, compassionate woman. I will continue to follow your very beautiful videos as well as your charming smile, beautiful. I am waiting for another video from you and I am impatient.
