CajunSweetTart look up his solo work. It’s called Hello Demons Meet Skeletons. My favorite album of that stuff is Choices. It’s amazing. He’s also lead singer in side project with the drummer in their band Call Me No One. He sings in a lot of Sevendust songs too. I think more in their Animosity album.

A lot of people give flack to performers who make mistakes on stage. But the truth is it happens all the time. Its how you handle the mistakes that separates the professionals from the amateurs. When he messed up the lyrics a couple of times, he didn't skip a beat. He put something there and made it work. That's the sign of a professional and he deserves respect for that.

NIN or rather Trent Reznor's version was about his former heroin addiction. When Trent heard that Johnny was covering his song he was surprised that a country star like Johnny would pick the song.

This sounds good to me..Sevendust are by far one of the most talented "metal" bands around today. Clint has a good voice when he chooses to use it.
@TheTimePolice The song was NOT written for Johnny Cash. Trent Reznor wrote it about his life at the time and is quoted as saying it's his most personal song to date.
The vocals are handled by Clint..(I'd give you a last name but I can't remember.) He was the other guitarist before Sunny came into the picture.
Johnny Cash wrote and recorded a lot of music in his lifetime. He recorded a lot of serious songs, but he also recorded a lot of funny ones like “A Boy Named Sue.” There are a lot of Johnny Cash songs that I like. Some of my favorites are "Ring of Fire", "I Walk the Line", "Folsom Prison Blues", "Get Rhythm" and "Man in Black" just to name a few. But my favorite Johnny Cash song of all has got to be the song “Hurt.” Johnny Cash wrote the song in 1974 while serving time in Folsom prison.
In my opinion I think NIN would of been honored to have a legend like Johnny Cash to cover their song, Sevendust, Cash, and NIN played this song beautifully. So please ppl quit fighting about who's song it is.
