Great vid Josh, I have a 2022 738 and its nice to see that mine should be able to handle that type of ground engaging work. Also here in Western Pennsylvania the cutting deck is still on I mulch every last leaf that falls I have been doing that for a lot of years and I believe it helps the lawn over the winter months. And as always keep the green side up 🚜

Do you suck them up in the spring or do you always mulch all spring and summer?

And the Carlisle Tru Power 26x12x12's are great but you should look into the Galaxy 26x12x12 super trenchers. They are 8ply and have a better tread patern. The tread is also much deeper. I run them on a 2000lb 332 beast and my 420. They are wonderful. Pricey but absolutely wonderful. Great video.

So would a 1025 have been better and cheaper? Maybe you have discussed that before.
I have every JD diesel garden tractor made but it's a hobby, not a practical things. Also have 650, 750, 850 and larger compact tractors.

Well, better depends on use, in my opinion the 1025 and 700s are a real close match, at least for box blading and stuff like that. Obviously the 1025 can lift higher, use a loader and weighs more, but for a driveway the 700 is just as good.
As for cheaper, I don’t know that a 1025 would be cheaper, unless it has no attachments or loader, and then compare that to a 700 with PTO and 3 point.
For me, I want it as a hobby like you. I want to go to plow days and collect garden tractors. I don’t really have a need at this point for a bigger tractor. Honestly I wouldn’t buy a 1 series, if I ever get bigger I’d go to a higher end 2 or into the 3 series.
