Very helpful. Considering a new 738 and this will be useful. Thanks!

I put a striping kit on my mower (an X739) deck (60” H C) which is just a broom that fits between the anti scalp wheels on the back of the deck. It works alright but it depends on the back tires to get the full 60” stripe. I’d like to put a three point hitch on my tractor so I could make a double roller system that’s actually the same width as my deck. I’m just making this comment as another use for mowing and using the three point at the same time.
Maybe next winter! Thanks for sharing.

Josh, thank you for doing this video. I'm waiting for my X758 to get delivered and have been trying to understand how the three point hitch gets it's power. I now get that the piston is shared between the mower deck and hitch. So for clarity - do I need to add the conversion kit in order to operate a three point hitch add-on? In other words, does the 2023 X758 still have to be converted in order to control the three point hitch or is the conversion kit only for older models? Thank you.

Yes, a 2023 would still need converted. Aux Hyd is working on a kit though that will add another hydro cylinder, so that the 3 point and deck are separate.
