    - Rich source of bio-available iron.
    - High in antioxidants - (6 times more than goji berries in fact!)
    - A “beauty skin food” for the healing properties.
    - Promotes smart ageing, healthy hair, nails and skin health.
    - Increased energy, healthy strong bones and teeth.
    - Helps weight loss

    Hello...Im from Malaysia ...nice ....may I ask. Can you eat the leaves raw ?

    • @jsfoodlab3101
      @jsfoodlab3101  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s safe to eat them raw but they just taste bitter. You can make it into a powder and add it to soups

    How do you think it would taste, substituting the moong dal with something like corn or peas or maybe even carrots? I haven't heard of moong dal. Would Walmart carry it?

    • @jsfoodlab3101
      @jsfoodlab3101  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Anything mild and sweet would balance out the strong flavour of moringa. Moong dal in English is Skinned green gram. I’m sure you’ll find it in Walmart 😀
