My kit consists of an 18mm, 35mm, 50mm and 85mm. I think drums looks awesome close up using the 18mm for a nice wide perspective, and then to get further back with the 50mm to get some more action looking shots.
This isn't the same one but it would work all the same. www.amazon.com/Aputure-Amaran-HR672S-Camera-Wireless/dp/B00S9KJ1VC/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1495130651&sr=8-5&keywords=aputure+led+panel
When rendering the video, which settings do you use? Your videos come out looking so crisp, could never get mines looking like that. Do you upscale your videos from 1080p to 4k?
If it is uploaded in 4k then it was shot in 4k. Upscaling would only make it look terrible. The crisp is a lot of lighting, higher shutter speed and nice lenses.
Do you recommend any good Fish Eye lens and what usally the shutter speed you record the drum covers at? I tend record with these types of lens because it gets my whole drum set, which is what I want the audience to view. Thanks for the response :)
Awesome job with kino Jeremy ! (y) I'm starting to get equipment for make videos with a DSLR... Do you know any good stabilizer like this for example: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1328499-REG/moza_moair_air_3_axis_handheld_gimbal.html But maybe a less expensive option? Big hug from Chile !
Not a fan of DW at all. Other than the hype and name, they just dont do it for me. Tama Star drums outshine DW prolines any day. They just have a truer, livelier sound.
So dope!
The kit looks and sounds incredible :)
So sick! Such an amazing kit

What focal lens do you suggest for a sequence shot like this music video?

For a small DSLR I would get something similar to this. www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1307701-REG/tilta_gravity_g1_handheld_gimbal.html
