You forgot to point out the Top Gear weapon in Kingdom Battle
I'm pretty sure a lot of the other Mario Party minigames and Mario + Rabbids weapons (among other things) were references, too.
For Mario Party, I recall finding a little tidbit on Mario Wiki about a minigame called "Rain of Fire" from Mario Party 5. That's apparently a spell from Warcraft... and, interestingly, one of the localizers for Mario Party 5 (Rich Amtower) had worked for Blizzard before. Though you could make a case for this being a coincidence.
For Mario + Rabbids, I recall a Rabbid sleeping on top of a doghouse. Beep-0 said something to the effect of "One day he'll catch that Red Baron." Undeniably a reference to Snoopy from Peanuts.
I'm certain there are far more references than these alone.

Super Mario RPG had a few more, Punchunello also said "It's clobbering time!" referencing the Thing from Fantastic Four, and a Mallow directly mentions Bruce Lee. Also fun fact, the reason for the James Bond reference is that translator Ted Woolsey originally wanted to name him "James Bomb" but that vetoed.
You forgot the Hell in a Shell weapon in Mario + Rabbids which is a reference to WWE's Hell in a Cell

- The "Mario Party 4" minigame "Mario Speedwagons" is a pun on the rock band "REO Speedwagon".
- The Pit Plant at the bottom of the quicksand area in Dry Dry Desert from "Mario Kart: Double Dash!!" is a reference to the Sarlacc Pit from "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi".
- When Wario takes the Form Baton in "WarioWare: Smooth Moves" from the Temple of Form, the scenario is similar to "Raiders of the Lost Ark" when Indy escapes the Temple in South America.
- The "Mario Party: Island Tour" minigame "Helter Shellter" is pun on the Beatles song "Helter Skelter".
- In the "Super Smash Bros." series, the beam swords resemble lightsabers from the "Star Wars" series.
