Hey Sam, I just made this tonight and my parents loved it! You have inspired me to cook and go way out of my comfort zone. This is about the 10th meal of yours I’ve cooked. Keep up the good work and don’t listen to the negative comments.
Food network went way south after Emeril left them. He sold to Martha Stewart in the late 1990's and she did nothing with it, no surprise. Sadly, Emeril is now pushing products on late night TV channels. He should go back to "Cooking with Emeril" as he honestly presents his recipes better than most not to mention, he is very comfortable in a kitchen environment unlike Bobby Flay.
Hey Sam I’ve had a really tough week, and today was extra tough. Just wanted to let you know, you cheered me up, and I really enjoyed watching this at the end of the day.
We grew up in an Italian household and we put cheese on everything! Including the seafood pasta dishes! Eat what you like, eat what you want :) Just found your channel and loving these recipes. Take care!
My boyfriend and I had this for dinner last night!!! It was our very first "Sam The Cooking Guy" recipe that we've made, and it was AMAZING! Thank you for putting out such great content! We love watching your videos together and look forward to trying out even more of your recipes!

Made this myself today and chicken came out perfect. I always recommend leveling out chicken to same thickness also. 8minutes each side has always been the perfect time for chicken on my grill. It’s very easy to burn Garlic when you get to that step also by the way so be careful people. I added lemon juice on top after. Couldn’t resist because I love lemon. Thanks for the video Sam.
Do not drop your parsley on the oil, add it at the end, when tossing the pasta to form the emulsion, with the pan off the heat so to avoid burning the aromatics like you did. Also, a bit of lemon juice goes a long way as well.
Omg!! The seasoning mix Sam uses for the chicken I’ve made a dozen times now. Just tried it on chicken wings and did them in my air fryer. Phenomenal!!!!
I'd put the garlic in a cold pan of olive oil and then start the heat slowly, to infuse the oil with the garlic, but since the oil was already hot there , and with the water content of the parsley, that mess was bound to happen.
I’m making this tonight as a COVID-19 meal!!!! Love looking at some of these older videos to find what I can make with my pantry/freezer storage items. 😍
Lmao "How's that energy level, Bish!" 🤣 half the time I watch these videos for food, the other half of time, it's for the dialogue between Sam and Max.
Made it tonight for the first time! My recommedation: Use more garlic than you think you need, and it's really nice with the chicken cubed up and put into the pasta! Otherwise it's a delightful meal! Thanks Sam!
Ken Reece I would like to suggest trying to make a jerk pork sandwich in addition. Everyone knows about jerk chicken but jerk pork is amazingly delicious. You might even try it with pork belly.
Yo Sam! I'm a big fan, but this time you burnt the garlic and the parsley xD To prepare this recipe you must have the oil at a really low temp and start with the garlic not crispying it but almost boiling it in the oil so that all its perfumes get to the oil. Anyway, thanks 4 the video! I'm waiting to see some recipes of spanish food in this Channel! Keep it Up!
The garlic was perfectly fine. Brown-edge garlic is likely a little sweeter as it's caramelized a bit. The parsley is also pretty fine considering he tossed it when it still had plenty of green hues.
No shit Sam gets high! The way he rambles on about various funny, weird and detailed stories like the Four Seasons in heaven or deciding on what gender to give the things he's cooked. How is that not a dead give away! Hahaha!
Made this a few nights ago and i can not believe how flavorful the pasta was. So few ingredients and so much flavor. The chicken was out of this world as well. Well done Sam
This looks so delicious 😋, I can’t wait to make it!!! And with Parmesan and lemon zest... You have the best cooking show here, I love watching and find you hilarious 😂

I absolutely love this dish. My wife asks me to make this about once a week. I took a 4 day canoe trip with the family in the middle of nowhere Saskatchewan and this meal in the middle of the bush. Easily has to be the fanciest meal made at this remote camp site. #STCG has elevated my kitchen game to a whole new level. Love the show.
Made it tonight... thanks so much...a new favorite! ...only thing I changed was cooked on cast iron on the stovetop instead of the grill bc our weather sucks
Mr. Zein an excellent and wonderful episode. Could you do an episode on how to clean the bbq grill? My dad passed away and used to do all of that. I noticed how beautiful your grills are and how clean they are. Appreciate you and your fabulous family.
I made this last night and it was incredible. Didn’t have any garlic powder so just used some more finely minced garlic on the chicken rub. Also had some mushrooms left over in the fridge so chopped those up and fried them up in the pan after I’d taken the pasta out - soaked up all the flavour. Ooooooooh.

I learned a trick to have the garlic release the skin. Put a head of garlic (broken up) into a bowl with a lid. Shake vigorously and the casings come off on their own. Thank you for the video.
I made the Aglio e Olio the other day and it was great! My son did add Parmesan and I agree that lemon would have been a nice touch. Thanks Sam the cooking guy for helpful videos.

Sam, Alex from Miami. Love that Cuban coffee lol
I mad this for dinner for my wife and I tonight. Absolutely fantastic tasting! Sam, your recipes have inspired me to cook with fresh ingredients, and try new things. Thank you!
I learned a trick to have the garlic release the skin. Put a head of garlic (broken up) into a bowl with a lid. Shake vigorously and the casings come off on their own. Thank you for the video.
Waiting on that inevitable ‘Astro!’ Sam the Cooking Guy t-shirt 😉🐶

made this for my cousin yesterday, without the chicken because i just wanted to see if i'd like it. this was the best pasta i've ever had.
I made the Aglio e Olio the other day and it was great! My son did add Parmesan and I agree that lemon would have been a nice touch. Thanks Sam the cooking guy for helpful videos.
