My favorite arc V character . He’s hilarious and actually really skilled, only losing to YuYa, an alternate version of YuYa, YuYa Again, ANOTHER ALTERNATE YuYa, and some sector security but we don’t talk about them
Putting his ego aside, Sylvio can actually be a dangerous opponent if he duels seriously. The first example is when he used his Yosenju deck against Yuya with a deadly card combo. The second time is when he went up against Zarc and actually managed to pull off a really clever combo that would've defeated Zarc (and any other adversary) if not for the Fusion, Synchro and Xyz monsters that were protecting Zarc from his friends graveyards.

In all fairness when ever I think of sylvo I think of him being a bad duelist looking back and in the sake of trying to be fair he’s not exactly bad he’s not great when compared to others I mean he lost to security so I can’t really say he’s one of the greatest but I can’t really say he’s a bad duelist mainly because a lot of the duel he played and lost against was to character that had to win because either A plot like with Yugo or Yua or B they where way out of Sylvo League like with Zarc or Kite or a combination of both. The only time this rule is broken is when he Win/Lose/No Result a duel that had other factor that was out of his control like the tag duel with the Tyler sister and the rule that you share graveyard with your Partner he was tag with Gon who deck lock out if there a spell or trap card in the graveyard so one of the 2 couldn’t use their deck to 100% or I’ll let the loss he suffered to security slide because even if he did win there was like 10 other waiting for him and eventually they decide to stop dueling and arrest them by force like you would in a normal situation so it wouldn’t matter either way. However what he lack in wining he more then make up in character development. I feel like he was a well written character basically like Chaz’s from GX cause they both started out as rich snob asshole that is willing to do any underhanded tactic to get their win and most people hated them for that. As the show went on they still kept a bit of their rich snobby selfish personality, that wasn’t their whole character and they did become better people Chaz’s I feel developed more then sylvo but Arc V felt rush towards the end of the synchro arc and onward so it make sense why some character didn’t developed properly or at all during the show
Can you do a remake of this episode? Because Sylvio uses a Abyss Actor Deck based around Pendulum Summoning with using Superstar to gather spells to disrupt the tactics from your opponent.
I wish that he had gotten better spotlight. He was one of my favorites. It really feels like he was only made into a Lancer because he had experience Pendulum summoning.

Well he just uses a combo with Abysstainment and Rise of the Abyss King (got sent to the graveyard due to Zarc's effect, using Abysstainment to tribute Leading Lady to set it, then activate it) to quickly try to destroy Zarc and Supreme Odd Eyes but failed from Supreme Odd Eyes' anime effect, trying again by tributing Wild Hope to destroy Zarc. But couldn't with the monster Zarc has destroyed within the graveyard.

But Yuya literally got an action card that completely ends the battle phase when Sawatari had the win. Yugo got saved by an action card and a bit of plot armor since the anime effect of wild wagon was supposed to protect leading lady but for some reason it didn't and with the Tyler sisters Sawatari used Abyss scripts which goes against Gongenzaka's deck since he needs no spells or traps in the graveyard but during that match the shared the graveyard so they weren't able to duel at their best.
