Great video! It made me realize I was not wearing my brace correctly. I was wearing it a lot lower than you explained. Thanks!

I have my leg bent backwards which is called knee hyperextension.
This phenomenon makes me having severe pain when walking or standing. Does this brace prevent my knee from getting backwards?

I was just fitted for one today. Yes, they lock out to prevent hyperextension of the knee.

I am currently wearing Pod K7 but still have issues with my bad knee (ACL recon/no meniscus), this Armour seems to be what I need but what about kneecap protection, do they offer a kneepad for these?

Alans BMX The Impact guards that you can purchase for the Armor have a knee protection. The only problem with BMX riding with it is that the shin part will flap as it's designed to wear with ski/motocross boots. If you are willing you can adapt it by removing the shin part... although this would invalidate any warrantee on the impact guard.
