FourcePoint is the only hinge design clincally proven to protect the ACL. It enhances DonJoy’s 4-Points-of-Leverage protection. ACL injuries typically occur when the knee is in the at-risk position (flexion angle of 60 degrees or more). As the knee gets to full extension, the risk of acl injury increases. The FourcePoint hinge reduces strain on the ACL when the knee is in the at-risk position by increasing resistance. Resistance reduces the time spent near full extension in the at-risk position. 5-different resistant levels are available.

the product looks quite promising Unfortunately the advertising in which a basketball player can use it makes me think that it is only for athletes but this product is really functional for people with other types of problems such as rheumatoid arthritis to strengthen and achieve firmness in the knee I appreciate they can have more real publicity with people with health problems that we really need it for the day
I have the exact passive versión of the brace shown at 1:45. My injury is related to a grade 2 PCL injury. PCL is the other cruciate ligament behind the ACL. My ACL is good. Anyway, I've sustained two injuries/strains during my rehab while wearing this brace. After watching this video I've been educated as to why I injured my self. Too much confidence in the brace and as it shows in the video the brace doesn't protect me as I thought. Just FYI.

They try to fit it to my knee, three times and could never get it right.
So I just finally decided to stop waisting there time, but more importantly mine.
But now I own a knee brace that I can’t used and around 600 short.
Be careful out there people, make sure they understand what you are saying if they don’t get it done right the second time, return it.
I’m sure it has work for others, I’m only speaking about what I went through.

Yes, but technically using braces daily when not essential could led to weaker knees in the long run.

i got mine for free in Europe due to my health insurance ( i have the 750 euro variant)
I just was fitted for a don joy hinged it’s actually really good. I just put a wrist band underneath the outer hinge . Insurance covered most of it.

The Va sent me a don jon brace called an unloader brace. My Oa is in the medialarea where inside meniscus used to be. i received the bra e a couple of days and i dont think is helping . i need to learn to fit it for the most benefits. next is a total knee replacement.

What's the weather wrong knee brace accidentally they never respond for a swap out they already have your money so they do not try to go out of their way to convenience you by train the brace you just bought even though you just tried it on I do not recommend this company
