If their bar fine is too high then people will come in smaller and smaller numbers. Why would I visit a place for the second time if the first time it proved to be worthless? So, they will lure more girls to work in their bars and gradually lower their bar fines when they do not have staffing issues any more. Any way, the free market is much better than the deficit in the regulated environment when the price is capped and consumers cannot get the desired goods simply because there are not enough for everyone ready to pay the price. PlayStation 5 is a good example. They could start with selling the console for the double or triple price and the most eager consumers would pay it and enjoy PS5 without this nonsense of hunting the item which is chronically out of stock. The Pattaya sex industry is much more liberal: big time demand -> high prices -> the number of customers ready to pay the asked price come to balance with the number of sex workers willing to provide their service.

Or you can negotiate with better looking girls for a lower price but it can ruin the mood and lead to the quite mediocre experience. And in addition she asked for 500 baht as a tip for talking 5 minutes to me. All in all it looked like a crazy expensive place to fuck around and I left and decided that I am not coming to Walking Street again. I could easily find a very good looking girl for 1500-2000 baht and no bar fine nonsense on Thai Friendly. So, what are these people doing on this pricey Walking Street I do not know. Probably, just "window shopping" 😂😂😂
