I highly recommend to install a shower filter to help not just your hair but your skin. I recently got the aqua bliss shower filter and I immediately noticed a change. My hair is softer and wasnt as dry compared to before. If you live in a city or your water is harsh, GET ONE.

You can wash it with plain cold water instead of shampooing everyday that again depends on the intensity of your workout if it's less intense then maybe you can go a day or two without washing your hair. Definitely recommend you to not shampoo your hair more than twice a week if you have hair thinning already

I've had dandruff for a while, though I don't even know if its dandruff, its white flakes that are on my scalp and sometimes get into my hair, especially at my whorl. Normally it is recommended that u oil ur hair once a week but i suggest u oil your hair a few hours before you shampoo your hair everytime, it will prevent hair from drying too much after shampooing, also u can try deep conditioning conditioner. If u blow dry hair make sure to use a heat protectant or a light coating of argan oil which will prevent heat damage that causes dryness. Hope this helps

Just use a conditioner. Only use shampoo 2-3x per week, but you can use conditioner everyday.
Water is good enough to wash sweat and grease away. Shampoo isn’t needed

I've had dandruff for a while, though I don't even know if its dandruff, its white flakes that are on my scalp and sometimes get into my hair, especially at my whorl.
