I was actually surprised that the Arab men were unsupportive with her wanting to be taken care of because that’s their culture. Most Arab men wives stay home and take care of the kids I live around them and see it to I’m not sure why they were acting American with that whole mentality that’s she’s acting like a gold digger. At one point she herself said that is known the Arab culture for the man to take care of his woman.

This was more disappointing than any other reunion…I am truly shocked how they made me side with anti-feminist girly Noor tbh. I noticed many people who agree with these men or at least most of them back it up with culture but I think they don’t understand why viewers have issues with them, especially after reunion. My problem was never with the fact that they have conservative/traditional leaning values. It’s a marriage so the pair should be compatible when it comes to that 100%. But sadly Noor was right, their egos were very small. The moment someone had a different opinion or point of view these men were dismissing them, treating them as they should shut up. Putting your hand in front of somebody's face because you are in disagreement? How old are they? They were ganging up on Noor, but when other girls tried to back Noor up, suddenly it’s like “I'm not talking to you”. Mino being butthurt all this time? At the age of 40? I didn’t like Noor nor Hajar throughout the series but my morals don’t change because I don’t like someone. If I think insulting someone’s looks is wrong, it’s wrong when it comes to everyone-whether I like someone or not. Look at Karma, in Noor’s eyes karma is probably the feminist who made it harder for other women, but they can act classy, have a conversation and not insult each other. Sorry for the long rant, but gosh was that something else.

Nour was honest up front with what she wanted in a man, in a relationship and up front with her self image, confidence and self esteem. Have to respect that. Character is not only that one appears to be beautiful, has wealth, degrees, broad knowledge of the world and languages, but also humbleness, grace, compassion, inner beauty and elegance. As much as a woman should be treated as a precious jewel and be spoiled, in a relationship it goes both ways and should be mutual with respect, honor, responsibility, love, appreciation towards each other. Hopefully, Nour will get what she's looking for and be happy. As mentioned, Nour was up front with who she is and her body language did not hide it. As she sat when others spoke, she was obvious with her disinterest by looking at her nails, stroking her hair, her facial and eye body language, making negative remarks and has a way of speaking that seems intelligent but yet very condescending and insulting. Nour knows how to push people's buttons. This is not to say that the men were perfect. By no means no one is perfect. But Nour had some obvious red flags. That's what makes the shows interesting... drama, drama, drama.

@@piya-mia It's not narcissistic, it's human to say thank you for a compliment. What do you think you would have done in Dounia's place? Same thing, it's human. What is true one day may be false another. Things evolve just like humans. Maybe Chaffic doesn't compliment her enough or on the contrary physically puts her down so her physical insecurities increase (because of this toxic relationship) not because of Dounia. I can't confirm it at the moment but what is certain is that Chaffic during the show was attracted to Nour and Nour was also going in that direction. Chaffic was wrong and so was Nour.

Nour was misunderstood. Most of the men on the show were giving toxic, hot tempers, talking about I want my woman to "respect me" meanwhile they are the first one to show all the disrespect. Maybe its a Culture thing, but when it comes to partners wanting respect, being jealous and all, sometimes it goes overboard and it becomes unhealthy.

I will expect more class' from these "men". The guys on Love is Blind: Habibi definitely could have handled things with Nour in a way that showed more class and maturity. Instead of addressing any genuine concerns they had with respect, it felt like they just ganged up on her, which came across as pretty insecure. Rather than letting her speak or approaching their issues calmly, they seemed focused on tearing her down personally-something that’s always uncomfortable to watch. It just left the impression that the men weren't able to handle a confident woman without resorting to petty or personal jabs.
