I just can't imagine life without Lex, Andrew Huberman, Joe Rogan, and Jordan Peterson.... Honestly, these conversations make life so rich (and are so helpful).
Lex, As an elder introvert, please do not fear large crowd in-person opportunities to share your voice. As you and I both understand, the haters are meaningless, it is the lovers who force our recoil. Although I know you will also learn in time, I feel compelled to tell you that the greater volume of love that comes your way, the better your heart becomes at processing and absorbing that love. I hope you do become a parent someday because the relationship between parent and child is in my estimation the all of humanity’s best chance of understanding this privileged principle.
Growing up on a Caribbean island adults gathered and children scattered. A childhood dream was to have the opportunity to listen in while men spoke. Thanks to you both for the level of excellence at which you do your work. Intelligent, witty and respectful!
and how Lex is to Andrew. When I think about his comments about creating spaces for thoughtfulness. There's a very clear deepness and respect for each other; they also seem to be holding a sort of energy back and forth between them that is pulling extreme depth. It's beautiful to watch, and hard to fully explain.
Dr. Andrew Huberman has improved my life in many ways. I’m sleeping better, feeling better, and thanks to his podcast have a basic understanding of how the systems that make that possible work. Thank you Lex, truly, for introducing us to him, and thank you Dr. Huberman for the education!
after hearing over and over how important sleep is, I always felt like i was "wasting time" sleeping before 1am or 2am, but after having mood/energy/overall sluggishness forever i've decided to make a conscious effort to "waste" the time and sleep at 10pm even if i'm losing 15 hours a week of time "awake"
I’ve experienced immense love for close friends. This is one of the few times I’ve experienced deep immense love for people I’ve never met. I hope one day to meet either one of you or both. You bring so much richness, knowledge, love, and appreciation into my life and I can’t thank you enough. Love you both
@@EverDayBest Not really. I love the version of them I have come to know through the internet. I'm aware of the type of connection (one way) that I have and I personally still experience the feeling of cherishing and connection which to me feels like love. Love does not require a two way connection to occur. However I do agree that knowing a person in real life and having two way communication forms much deeper feelings. I don't feel as strongly about Andrew and Lex when compared to my IRL relationships. But a level of love still exists. It's all a spectrum.
Dr. Huberman is like a good friend or cool older brother who knows everything about everything and if he doesn’t, he knows a guy who knows a guy. Lol How lucky are we to exist at the same time as this radiant soul. He was born to teach. There is no higher purpose than that of a teacher, imo. Dr. Huberman teaches us such beautiful, profound and useful things that enrich and empower us to be better! His warmth and kindness comes through in every episode. His love and respect for science and biology is undeniable; I admire and respect him so much for that! Thank you Dr. Huberman for teaching us how incredibly beautiful, complex, and magical our bodies truly are. 💛 Also, I’m so glad to know I’m not the only weirdo who has a “death” song lol actually, I have several. Lol I hope I’m lucky enough to transition to the other side listening to music. 😭💗🎶
@@feralmode, there are always narcissists out there that are unable to see things outside of their own brilliance, yeah? To the O.P. go to sleep listening quietly to a random song selector of your favorite music. It will increase your likelihood of dying to your favorite music. Cheers
Lex, Andrew - thank you so much for this episode. I've been spiralling into some very dark places since 24 Feb (I am a Russian who hasn't lived in Russia for 20 years but what my country is doing right now is breaking my heart and spirit in million pieces), trying to donate, protest, volunteer and help the best I can but still feeling so painfully helpless in the face of human cruelty and absolute evil of war. This episode showing beautiful, genuine intellectual and spiritual connection between you two beautiful human beings just left me devastated in the best possible way. I had a good and much needed cry because I was reminded that humanity can be beautiful, and open and interesting and kind. I absolutely love you both not only for the invaluable knowledge that you bring to us but for your incredible generosity and kindness. Endlessly grateful for you both
Ah, listening to these 2 is always a joy. Me being a humble cook with my mother I often find intellectual conversations fascinating, and these 2 bring out the best in eachother.
Its incredible how two guys with the life-experience of someone my dads age relate so well to someone in their 20's. As a grad student in neuroscience, i hope both of you know how helpful your podcasts have been for me the past year and a half. Please, never stop--(P.S., this yearly meeting has the potential to turn into the greatest drinking game of all time or a requirement for neuroscience graduate-school curriculum.)
oh boy!!! I am SO GRATEFUL to you both- Lex and Andrew- for posting this FANTASTIC conversation today, on EASTER. I was feeling sad and lonely earlier, spending my birthday yesterday and the holiday weekend far away from family. But having this conversation to listen to connected me back to LOVE, HOPE, & BEAUTY and raised my spirits IMMENSELY. You two together are UNBEATABLE, and it is a gift to see such a pure and supportive friendship between two highly esteemed individuals. And...PS...I am sitting here twiddling my thumbs awaiting the Ghilane Maxwell conversation!!!
This is the second time listening to this one. I was going to move on to another one. I've got so many to catch up on. Once it started, it was difficult to stop it. These podcasts never get old. I'm glad that Lex has these kinds of friends that understand him and that help keep him together. He's such a treasure. I hate to see him overwhelmed. Especially by people with hurtful words.
At 3:12:22 I literally want to jump through the screen and shake you both. A relationship that is intimate should be reflective, healing, expansive and comforting. It should increase your ability to love, engage, and be compassionate. If that's not happening, it's not a quality intimate relationship. To not be in relationship is to deprive yourself of a healing and reflection that is only possible when we are deeply connected to another person, on par with that of a parent.
I just left a friend in a similar manner to the way you guys ended, and we both watch your guys' stuff and are grateful for your influence. We love you guys! Thank you so much for everything
Good relationships are all about managing yourself. Then giving the other person your best self. Communication is key. Let the other person know what you want and how you feel about your relationship. Loving someone is loving yourself.
@@demun6065 Maybe you learn what you want by experiencing a lot of what you don’t. Some people come out of the gate with intense purpose and know exactly what they want. Not me. I’ve been trial and error.
somehow i randomly ended up at a rickroll podcast interviewing Huberman. I heard him talk about growing up as a "feral child" and immediately recognized this is one of my kind. Been a fan ever since. Thank you to both of you for your relentless compassion and pursuit of excellence.
Last time you two got together I cried so much now it's different but it's even more awesome. I love you both and listening to you and seeing you interact makes me happy.
This has been one of the best podcasts I've ever listened to. I had my ears glued to the speakers for every minute of those 3.5 hours and was saddened when I realized you guys were bringing it to an ending! Thank you both for continually taking the time to share with us. You're both absolutely wonderful contributions to the world and together you bring a great connection and bright side out to one another.
Guys! I couldn't thank you more about your amazing podcast! I think you are playing a big part in curing my depression. Nowdays I wake up earlier to get some sun and I'm looking forward to exercise instead of seeing it as something negative that I have to do. Overall the feeling of life and myself has changed for the better and I'm curious to try new things and improve my skills, relationship and of course friendships. I have been losing weight and now I'm buying an electric guitar to learn how to play and sing. Because all of those improvements in other areas in my life I'm feeling more creative and happy to work on different projects without getting exhausted. Thank you again, and keep up with the amazing work, you're changing people's lives for the better! Sending a lot of love for both of you!
Huberman makes such an interesting podcast, I'm always coming back to these because I learn something new on every listen. You have to have a notepad and write down what you learn because there's that much good information that gets thrown around. Phenomenal content, thanks Lex !
Even if you take nothing else away from this brilliant conversation, you cannot help but see it as a testimony to great friendship. Thank you both for being exemplary gentlemen, and of course, for such wonderful dialogue.
Today was a difficult day, thank you for making my reality a little bit nicer with this mutually compassionate conversation between two friends. Very enjoyable… thanks again!
in this one he just casually on a tangent drops so many amazing things: the NSDR thing and meditation, the tips for better focus including drugs (i quite dislike the ridiculous witch hunt on caffeine), the narrow/wide space influencing the mindset for creativity, then there's a bit of sleep, then the workouts and the cold/hot - awesome thanks so much, took me 3 interviews but i will definitely go check out andrew's podcast
I never would imagine Andrew H. being a fan of Rancid. Especially noting a B-side track. Excellent episode ! This was a conversation. Not an interview. Ideal setting ✌️
I have been listening to Hubermans podcasts and interviews for sometime, and have wanted to comment, but could not find the right words to express the joy I feel when he becomes passionate about biology, neuroscience, and when he reveals personal experiences. Lex describes exactly what I feel about Huberman @ around 1hr9min into this, chat! It is certainly the stuff between the lines! My dopamine and serotonin levels keep me awake when I work nights because I love listening and just want more! Thank you, Huberman, for taking a leap of faith, and bringing your incredible energy to social media!
You guys are f’in amazing! I always share your podcasts with everyone I know! You change the lives of everyone that listens! Keep making the world a better place🙌
I’m 75 years old and have come across Jorden Peterson then Lex and Andrew and I know will increase with so many other people with so much information ,knowledge and wisdom ,even those that are from the past never to old to seek wisdom and better oneself and I do need some fixing -a better me and we all need that to one degree or another thank you for the right time right place
Man, this is one of the BEST conversations in pod-landia! Glad I was one of many and many more flies on the wall as it were experiencing this event. So many moments that directly speak to my own experiences, and new material to explore. Ever since I stumbled upon Andrew, and shortly thereafter, Lex, my life's trajectory has changed in many ways, and returned to the path I was on before falling of the rails after a brutal divorce from a brutally abusive relationship. Thanks to both of you for sharing your knowledge and love; I'm endlessly grateful ❤
This is a time for full homesty. And i am someone with personal experience as well as family and friends. I own my glee and respect. I celebrate this action.
Just finished this after a couple days , these two guys are treasures . The bravery in their relationship makes me think it'll last a lifetime ! Thanks for the great talk boys ,

Thank you both for existing! I started listening to Dr Huberman first and then Lex a few days later. Most episodes I've listened to from both of you have been wonderful stories and batchload of ideas.
Thank you so much For taking the time to make this video, I love Andrew Huberman also, I am what they used to call a shit in in other words I am disabled and OXYGEN I have congenital scoliosis I was born with, I had three adult children but they’re all too busy for me so basically I am alone 24 hours a day seven days a week except for going to doctors appointments, so it’s people like you Alex ANDREW and others who help me stay sane, it’s not the easiest thing to do when you’re all alone all the time, I’ve learned so much and I have so much respect for people that take the time to share interviews like this I just wanted to honor you and thank you with all my❤ I woke up at 1 AM central standard time in a small town in Kansas City Missouri called liberty, you really help me not feel alone, I am a born-again Christian and I have angels around me and I truly believe in our heavenly father in Jesus, that’s probably another reason I haven’t lost my mind, but listening to all of you, actually is better than conversations with people I know because nobody understands me, and I truly get you and ANDREW and quite a few people that wouldn’t understand why I watch you all, I have a lead for science neurology, music I took notes I’m going to look up both of them songs, I know it’s getting close to Thanksgiving my eyesight is getting worse I am using a magnifying glass in Siri to communicate with you, I’m not saying this because I want anyone to feel sorry for me because I don’t I’m actually looking forward to my future, I truly believe I am going to be 100% healed, I speak to my body a lot, and thank my organs in cells in my brain in my mind and everything for helping me, I think if I could go back in time which wouldn’t be impossible because I was born in 1954 but I would’ve been a neuroscientist, the nearest to that that I took in college was psychology not too good in them days and photography I played violin or I used to, but it fascinates me the way our body works, I can honestly say and all sincerity I have never hated anyone in my life I always know in my heart people who say mean things to me Have trouble of their own so I forgive quickly, I just wanted to honor you and thank you and I know how it feels to have anxiety in a crowd because I truly believe I am becoming agoraphobic from not being around people at all, makes it tough because I think there’s a Thin line between sanity and insanity, I think I said that right, I also really appreciate Elon I finally have a Twitter because he bought it the first one that I started following after Elon and his mother may mask, was Andrew Huberman and David Sinclair, it’s hard for me to get on there because I can’t see I’ve got two computers in the last year and before I even got to use them I gave them away I have to quit doing that because I’m on a fixed income I know it’s not good for me to be looking in a magnifying glass on my iPhone to comment but I have no other choice right now because I gave my computer away again this next time I’m not telling anybody I’m going to keep it, being on a fixed income makes it a little tough but I can do it I am very very good with money, it’s just setting boundaries because I would probably give everything in my home away if somebody wanted it or showed interest in it so maybe it’s a good thing that nobody comes to visit me anymore the last visitors I had was my sister and brother-in-law and because I can’t see very well they said that still me blind I know they start over $6000 including my printer in my stuff I was getting ready for a TH-cam channel mad computer even my new vacuum cleaner in my coffee pot I knew some was going on but I couldn’t really see them very well, now she won’t speak to me if I wonder why ha ha I truly think this is the Lord‘s way of showing me I can’t keep letting people do these things to me even though I’m not even mad at them they hurt my feelings I have the saying that sticks and stones may break my bones that break my heart and I could die in words can harm me and break your heart but actions also can break your heart and I truly believe it one time I was dying of a broken heart, I don’t understand how people can treat people that are suffering she told my family that I wouldn’t take no for an answer that I made them take all the stuff, They even took two brand new printers like a new they just took one and left me one, so I decided to do the thing that I never wanted to do disassociate myself from all my siblings I had to I know they never cared about me and actually I had to raise them because I was born in an alcoholic abusive family and I was the oldest so I raise my siblings, I don’t blame anybody I believe my life is going to be beautiful very soon, now I’m crying I’m sorry I’m not really sorry then I’m crying that I really gotta get off I don’t want to I don’t know if you’ll even ever see this I call what happened to me when I woke up at 1 AM in the morning central standard time I leave my TV on all night long I fell asleep with my lights on my TV on TH-cam I do have a fire stick so my TV is old but I can get TH-cam with my Amazon fire stick so I keep it on there it when I wake up whatever is on I watching it and when I woke up this morning there was you and ANDREW so I’m still watching it and it’s 6:18 AM central standard time, but I had to pause you for a while and then I came back I wish you and pray for you long life full of peace happiness and love your friend LaDonna who you never met, I love you both in the bottom of my heart thank you so very much I can’t wait to hear the two songs mention, this is like my adventure through TH-cam land, I used to go for rides in the country with my three children and explore I wanted them to see horses and cows in the countryside not just the city and I love them road trips I would get lost in these back roads and always find my way home and we find new adventures now that I no longer can drive I take my trips do TH-cam land That you Lex and you ANDREW are a part of my trips to TH-cam live God bless you both❤
Thank you lex for always keeping me entertained during work everyday. Heading your voice and your guests voice in my mind comforts me a lot. Glad to be a fan
Honestly my favourite episode from you Lex each subject matter was so in depth and spoken with great open mind. I cant believe this content is free guys!
This was one of the best podcasts I ever heard. It was like a great concert. So much quotes I gathered from this episone. So many great protocols. The beauty of the friendship, love, melancholy, poetry, Michael Sealy, workout, courage.... I am a better and weirder human because of you. Keep doing you.
What an incredibly uplifting, informative, educational, positive and refreshing conversation between two brilliant & classy gentlemen to watch. Thank you 🙏!
These lads together and indeed in their own individual spaces , are simply a top notch gift to humanity. Well done gents. Please stay safe and keep giving 🖖🏴x
I love these podcasters and I loved this interview. Their intelligence, humour, love, wit, friendship and knowledge speaks to my naturally curious nature. I was only introduced to TH-cam by my eldest grandson a couple of years ago and now it takes up way too much of my time. I am in agreement with Andrew Huberman that Lex is a loveable human and I'm looking forward to witness him live through those milestone life experiences.
I have watched Andrew and Lex pretty exclusively for the last couple of months each night when I'm done with all of my tasks and getting ready for bed... Absolutely love these guys!
This podcast shows in nuanced ways that Lex may start (or have already started 1:06:00) connecting some of the great minds and most successful individuals. Im glad it's Lex
Lex, you are the most insightful man. These are the things I think about in the daily…getting in touch with your own darkness is the greatest thing you can do in understanding yourself and others…
Now you can find on TH-cam a NSDR with Andrew Huberman's voice. He has a strong, calm voice and somehow it helps me to turn off my thoughts, my worries and I sleep better. I love it!
I am so thankful I found your podcasts. The algorithm has sent them my way, possibly because I was also born in the former Soviet Union, and the same year as you, and love philosophical conversations...or maybe because I watched The Huberman Lab podcast before. I love listening to the questions you ask, your genuine way of presenting yourself, and the diversity of the topics you cover. Today I am spending a rainy day at home listening to your podcasts and reorganizing my closet, which is the best way to spend a day.
I love their friendship! They both have very important things to say. I love listening. All day at work I am listening to you guys today! I’ve loved Andrew for a while but first time hearing of you too together. Thank you and keep it going
Such love and admiration and such knowledge in a bro session. Thoroughly enjoy both your work, respectfully. But the playful authentic synergy of you both is another thing altogether. Love it!!!!
I’m currently going through the early episodes of Andrews podcast, recommended from the last time he was on your podcast. Can’t wait to listen to this one…
Thank you guys! Sometimes life is nothing but „crazy“. The stuff you discussed just helped me in this very days. Got some rejection for a promotion I worked my as off for. So, I‘m now going through different states of mind since Friday. Your Podcast gave me important, thriving inputs. That’s why it‘s a deeply „thank you“!
My goal is to use my abilities to create art that resonates with others and evokes positive emotions. Your words encourage me to continue exploring the depths of my creativity and share it with the world. I believe that art, in all its forms, has the power to heal, inspire, and connect us on a deeper level. When we experience something beautiful or thought-provoking, it can awaken our own inner creativity and remind us of the shared humanity that binds us together. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this process and contribute to the collective well-being of others. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Authors: The Voiceless
I really liked all the subjects discussed in this podcast, especially when you guys are talking about modes of time and how it can be broken up... really fascinating and something that I've felt but not heard be put into words. Thanks to you both!!

Wonderful comment my friend. Warm wishes to you from uk 👌👏
It’s so beautiful how validating Andrew is to Lex. Friendship goals.
and how Lex is to Andrew. When I think about his comments about creating spaces for thoughtfulness. There's a very clear deepness and respect for each other; they also seem to be holding a sort of energy back and forth between them that is pulling extreme depth. It's beautiful to watch, and hard to fully explain.
Validating? Men do not need validation like women do. That sounds like some Raibow mafia pronoun nonsense
Dr. Andrew Huberman has improved my life in many ways. I’m sleeping better, feeling better, and thanks to his podcast have a basic understanding of how the systems that make that possible work.
Thank you Lex, truly, for introducing us to him, and thank you Dr. Huberman for the education!
What changes did you make specifically? I definitely need help sleeping
@@kayligo You should read Matthew Walker’s book on sleep (or watch the episode with Andrew Huberman)
@@lorenzoe.leonard4160 which episode? I’d still like the bullet point list of changes instead of hours reading and videos tbh

after hearing over and over how important sleep is, I always felt like i was "wasting time" sleeping before 1am or 2am, but after having mood/energy/overall sluggishness forever i've decided to make a conscious effort to "waste" the time and sleep at 10pm even if i'm losing 15 hours a week of time "awake"
I’ve experienced immense love for close friends. This is one of the few times I’ve experienced deep immense love for people I’ve never met. I hope one day to meet either one of you or both. You bring so much richness, knowledge, love, and appreciation into my life and I can’t thank you enough. Love you both
I thought literally the same, but I've just wrote the last sentence😆
Love would be a very strange word to use here with the fact you do not know either person
Also, I’m so glad to know I’m not the only weirdo who has a “death” song lol actually, I have several. Lol I hope I’m lucky enough to transition to the other side listening to music. 😭💗🎶

And you are a kind, eloquent and intelligent soul for putting this into words so concisely 💛
It is so good to see such two friendships exist. It was truly emotional to see them saying I love you to each other

100% agree
Two beautiful and authentic souls...very grateful for this podcast🙏

Thanks
Its incredible how two guys with the life-experience of someone my dads age relate so well to someone in their 20's. As a grad student in neuroscience, i hope both of you know how helpful your podcasts have been for me the past year and a half. Please, never stop--(P.S., this yearly meeting has the potential to turn into the greatest drinking game of all time or a requirement for neuroscience graduate-school curriculum.)
Literally the two most inspiring minds, and listening to their love and respect for one another is like receiving a hug. So glad they’re friends.
And Andrew, PLEASE do an episode on Narcissism!!!
Gabby Reece and Neil Strauss use to have a podcast done in the Sauna
This is the second time listening to this one.
I was going to move on to another one.
I've got so many to catch up on.
Once it started, it was difficult to stop it.
These podcasts never get old.
I'm glad that Lex has these kinds of friends that understand him and that help keep him together.
He's such a treasure.
I hate to see him overwhelmed.
Especially by people with hurtful words.
The Huberman episodes are becoming more and more like reoccurring hangouts between two friends while we get to watch, and I’m all for it
At 3:12:22 I literally want to jump through the screen and shake you both.
What if somebody doesn't have strong opinion on what they want?
@@demun6065 Maybe you learn what you want by experiencing a lot of what you don’t. Some people come out of the gate with intense purpose and know exactly what they want. Not me. I’ve been trial and error.
somehow i randomly ended up at a rickroll podcast interviewing Huberman. I heard him talk about growing up as a "feral child" and immediately recognized this is one of my kind. Been a fan ever since. Thank you to both of you for your relentless compassion and pursuit of excellence.
Andrew instantly became my favorite guest on this podcast along with Malice! Always fun and interesting conversations with these two!
I go on and off malice, sometimes he's a bit annoying in my opinion
These conversations are so valuable, thanks to both of you! The world is definately a better place with you guys in it
Huberman makes such an interesting podcast, I'm always coming back to these because I learn something new on every listen. You have to have a notepad and write down what you learn because there's that much good information that gets thrown around. Phenomenal content, thanks Lex !
Love the bond between these two. Makes the conversations all the more interesting to listen to

I love you Lex Fridman & Andrew Huberman, you guys have expanded my thought process.
Today was a difficult day, thank you for making my reality a little bit nicer with this mutually compassionate conversation between two friends. Very enjoyable… thanks again!
All the best to you
in this one he just casually on a tangent drops so many amazing things: the NSDR thing and meditation, the tips for better focus including drugs (i quite dislike the ridiculous witch hunt on caffeine), the narrow/wide space influencing the mindset for creativity, then there's a bit of sleep, then the workouts and the cold/hot - awesome
thanks so much, took me 3 interviews but i will definitely go check out andrew's podcast
I never would imagine Andrew H. being a fan of Rancid. Especially noting a B-side track.
Excellent episode ! This was a conversation. Not an interview. Ideal setting ✌️
I can’t find that song… 😑
When Andrew said he won’t play specific music until a relationship has passed a certain point…..life lesson right there!
You both are such amazing beings 🦋 I love what Andrew Huberman says about aging. Embracing every season of life to it's fullest is so important.
I love you, Lex! Thank you for doing what you do. The people love you and your amazing work.
I hope you see this and acknowledge it. Would make my day

Man I am really becoming a fan of how you wrap up these videos. Thank you for sharing yourself so uniquely and deeply.

Thank you so much For taking the time to make this video, I love Andrew Huberman also, I am what they used to call a shit in in other words I am disabled and OXYGEN I have congenital scoliosis I was born with, I had three adult children but they’re all too busy for me so basically I am alone 24 hours a day seven days a week except for going to doctors appointments, so it’s people like you Alex ANDREW and others who help me stay sane, it’s not the easiest thing to do when you’re all alone all the time, I’ve learned so much and I have so much respect for people that take the time to share interviews like this I just wanted to honor you and thank you with all my❤ I woke up at 1 AM central standard time in a small town in Kansas City Missouri called liberty, you really help me not feel alone, I am a born-again Christian and I have angels around me and I truly believe in our heavenly father in Jesus, that’s probably another reason I haven’t lost my mind, but listening to all of you, actually is better than conversations with people I know because nobody understands me, and I truly get you and ANDREW and quite a few people that wouldn’t understand why I watch you all, I have a lead for science neurology, music I took notes I’m going to look up both of them songs, I know it’s getting close to Thanksgiving my eyesight is getting worse I am using a magnifying glass in Siri to communicate with you, I’m not saying this because I want anyone to feel sorry for me because I don’t
I’m actually looking forward to my future, I truly believe I am going to be 100% healed, I speak to my body a lot, and thank my organs in cells in my brain in my mind and everything for helping me, I think if I could go back in time which wouldn’t be impossible because I was born in 1954 but I would’ve been a neuroscientist, the nearest to that that I took in college was psychology not too good in them days and photography I played violin or I used to, but it fascinates me the way our body works, I can honestly say and all sincerity I have never hated anyone in my life I always know in my heart people who say mean things to me Have trouble of their own so I forgive quickly, I just wanted to honor you and thank you and I know how it feels to have anxiety in a crowd because I truly believe I am becoming agoraphobic from not being around people at all, makes it tough because I think there’s a
Thin line between sanity and insanity, I think I said that right, I also really appreciate Elon I finally have a Twitter because he bought it the first one that I started following after Elon and his mother may mask, was Andrew Huberman and David Sinclair, it’s hard for me to get on there because I can’t see I’ve got two computers in the last year and before I even got to use them I gave them away I have to quit doing that because I’m on a fixed income
I know it’s not good for me to be looking in a magnifying glass on my iPhone to comment but I have no other choice right now because I gave my computer away again this next time I’m not telling anybody I’m going to keep it, being on a fixed income makes it a little tough but I can do it I am very very good with money, it’s just setting boundaries because I would probably give everything in my home away if somebody wanted it or showed interest in it so maybe it’s a good thing that nobody comes to visit me anymore the last visitors I had was my sister and brother-in-law and because I can’t see very well they said that still me blind I know they start over $6000 including my printer in my stuff I was getting ready for a TH-cam channel mad computer even my new vacuum cleaner in my coffee pot I knew some was going on but I couldn’t really see them very well, now she won’t speak to me if I wonder why ha ha
I truly think this is the Lord‘s way of showing me I can’t keep letting people do these things to me even though I’m not even mad at them they hurt my feelings I have the saying that sticks and stones may break my bones that break my heart and I could die in words can harm me and break your heart but actions also can break your heart and I truly believe it one time I was dying of a broken heart, I don’t understand how people can treat people that are suffering she told my family that I wouldn’t take no for an answer that I made them take all the stuff, They even took two brand new printers like a new they just took one and left me one, so I decided to do the thing that I never wanted to do disassociate myself from all my siblings I had to I know they never cared about me and actually I had to raise them because I was born in an alcoholic abusive family and I was the oldest so I raise my siblings, I don’t blame anybody I believe my life is going to be beautiful very soon, now I’m crying I’m sorry I’m not really sorry then I’m crying that I really gotta get off I don’t want to I don’t know if you’ll even ever see this I call what happened to me when I woke up at 1 AM in the morning central standard time I leave my TV on all night long I fell asleep with my lights on my TV on TH-cam I do have a fire stick so my TV is old but I can get TH-cam with my Amazon fire stick so I keep it on there it when I wake up whatever is on I watching it and when I woke up this morning there was you and ANDREW so I’m still watching it and it’s 6:18 AM central standard time, but I had to pause you for a while and then I came back I wish you and pray for you long life full of peace happiness and love your friend LaDonna who you never met, I love you both in the bottom of my heart thank you so very much I can’t wait to hear the two songs mention, this is like my adventure through TH-cam land, I used to go for rides in the country with my three children and explore I wanted them to see horses and cows in the countryside not just the city and I love them road trips I would get lost in these back roads and always find my way home and we find new adventures now that I no longer can drive I take my trips do TH-cam land That you Lex and you ANDREW are a part of my trips to TH-cam live God bless you both❤
Thank you lex for always keeping me entertained during work everyday. Heading your voice and your guests voice in my mind comforts me a lot. Glad to be a fan
