Complimenti! Finalmente una ricetta di Carbonara fatta bene. Su TH-cam ho visto delle ricette terribili, è un piatto semplicissimo e con pochi ingredienti ma bisogna farlo bene, invece ci mettono aglio, cipolla, panna, prezzemolo........
