Thanks to show us Crocodile Safari, never knew about it, eventhough I visit Devi Karanjeshwari at Base of Govalkot fort every year. One thing I must appreciate the resilience of the Konkan folks, especially Chiplun and Mahad. Just three months back there was flooding of Chiplun. For nearly two days Chiplun city was in flood water and today through your episode we see that every thing is normal ! My respects and salute to the people of Chiplun, Mahad and all of the Konkan region 👏

Chiplun is my village, the tourist attractions mentioned in this video are 4 - 5 km away from my village house. The temple of Lord Prashuram and the Savasada waterfall are very close to the house. In the month of May we go for a swim in the river Vasithi. Sir has given the correct information, visit Hotel More behind the bus depot. Love U Chiplun

Waiting for the Ganpati pule episode. Can't wait to see how Ganpati pule beach looks like as of today. After locals recommended us we luckily took a impromptu halt in Ganpati pule during our Nagpur-Goa road trip back in 1997. we stayed at the MTDC resort near the beach & there was only one family other than us on the beach in the morning. It was that secluded place back then.
I have lived in this place for 6 mos, near lavel. Have been to Amraban - for dinner. Ooof, ukdicha modak and all the veg food we had was divine. As a tamilan, living in Bangalore, this Konkan life is what i want when i will retire someday ❣️❤️

Great coverage overall. Love watching your videos. The transition to a travel show has been brilliant. I feel perhaps less time can be spent on food (especially details about the ingredients etc) and more on the places/destinations. Just my 2 cents as an international viewer (Sydney, Australia)

Food is an important aspect of travel, but I often find myself fast forwarding the food component when details about it are being discussed as it starts to feel like a cooking show, rather than a travel vlog.
Knowing about the food gives a complete picture about a place. The process, the ingredients they use etc add more authenticity to the whole experience rather than showcasing only the taste/food presentation.

Everywhere it is same. Maharashtra government doesn't care about nature of Konkan. Industries are growing in Chiplun and rivers are getting polluted.
Also because if moutains(which saves Konkan) destruction half of Konkan was under water because of rain this year.

Waiting for the Ganpati pule episode. Can't wait to see how Ganpati pule beach looks like as of today. After locals recommended us we luckily took a impromptu halt in Ganpati pule during our Nagpur-Goa road trip back in 1997. we stayed at the MTDC resort near the beach & there was only one family other than us on the beach in the morning. It was that secluded place back then.
Seems like "Modak" is kind of signature delicacy of Konkan region, and deserve a complete episode level coverage in itself..
Modak is not only Konkani but Maharashtrian dish itself.

I have lived in this place for 6 mos, near lavel. Have been to Amraban - for dinner. Ooof, ukdicha modak and all the veg food we had was divine. As a tamilan, living in Bangalore, this Konkan life is what i want when i will retire someday ❣️❤️

Great coverage overall. Love watching your videos. The transition to a travel show has been brilliant. I feel perhaps less time can be spent on food (especially details about the ingredients etc) and more on the places/destinations. Just my 2 cents as an international viewer (Sydney, Australia)

@@iqbal5286 True, but I wonder how many people watch the videos for details about food ingredients and cooking techniques, especially given the name of the channel. Food is an important aspect of travel, but I often find myself fast forwarding the food component when details about it are being discussed as it starts to feel like a cooking show, rather than a travel vlog.
Knowing about the food gives a complete picture about a place. The process, the ingredients they use etc add more authenticity to the whole experience rather than showcasing only the taste/food presentation.
Feels proud when u say nice things about ones native place.
Konkan is anyway a beautiful beautiful natural experience....
