    Hi Cath, this is the first time I have watched one of your vlogs and I have to say you are like a breath of fresh air. I have just got to target after losing 6st 11lbs and I am finding it hard to stay there, I keep going way under as I am so frightened of putting it back on (which I have done before). But after listening to you in this vlog you made so much sense and I found you very inspiring. My slimming world consultant is amazing so I'm just going to trust in what she is telling me to do by having my extra HX A's and B's and of course watch your vlogs, thank you x

      First of all CONGRATULATIONS! I had the exact same thing I changed my target by 2lb in the end as I was so under but I was happier there. Now I find maintaining so much easier! I have relaxed into it and now not so scared to eat freely. I have control, if I gain I know what to do. I put 2lb on this week so straight back on plan and I’ll lose it next week. You won’t put 6 stone back again from one meal. You’ll get there xx

    Wow you make so much sense I am a target member of 6 years,after loosing 2 stobe 2lb and can relate to everything you say your food looks fab thanks for the inspiration 😀

    Brilliant video. I need to get in the right mindset keep on plan and get to goal. You make so much sense, your meals are normal not all salad salad salads. Many thanks I am at group so I have no excuse.

    You look fab. I want target so much this year. I am struggling mindset was so good last week started exercising and therefore expected a loss. I gained half pound so gutted. Feel bit deflated. Love to look like you hun. A huge well done xx

      It can be down to anything, more exercise, more water, time of the month. I’m sure it’ll level out this week and you’ll see a loss. I’ve been here so many times, don’t give up as that goes the wrong way. If you’re doing the right things the scales will catch up xx

      I have 3 full meals a day I snack in the afternoon usually HiFi bars or fruit. In the evening I try not to but if I need a sweet fix I have yogurt and Choc shot xx

    I’m a month in doing SW app. I keep my syns to 10 or under do you think it’s better to cut them out altogether? Xx

      It depends, if they help you stay on track use them. For me sometimes I needed them and sometimes I didn’t but the plan takes 15 Syns into account so even if you use 15 a day you’ll still lose weight xx
