Hello Catherine I joined SW in March have lost 30 lbs another ten lbs more to lose .You are so right regarding not wanting junk food anymore ,you just want to eat healthy food which is so much better for you.Great video many thanks.
You’re totally right about not starting before you’re ready, you said this on a previous video and after a few false starts at SW, only this time have I managed three weeks on plan x I’ve not heard anyone explain SW maintenance before and that has really helped me to know the positive changes when I hopefully get to target next year x thanks for the videos 👍

Once it clicks it’s so easy and after you’ve stuck to plan for a while without slipping it’s so easy and simple xx
