    My goal weight is around 12 stone. I’m 5.10 though. You’ve done really well. I’ve upped my exercise a lot too. Only thing I need to do more weights. I know what you mean - I’d have soup with 2 buttered bread rolls too. It’s not terrible like you say, but slimming world makes you think and plan a lot more. Yes I drink Friday Saturday and Sunday too. But occasionally when the weather is nice I drink. That’s my main downfall. Xxxx

    I'm not taget 10.9 but im in stershey jeans size 10 lol , I exercise but I had marjor stroke but can't move much , thank you for sharing, this much me think more as I do still drink wine as well, do eat healthy

      @@JulieGreen-w3d I have a video about when I went to Spain in 2022 on my slimming world playlist. It’s called I Hit Target. But the main thing to remember is. Stay away from fried food for the most part. Stick to salads, fresh fish, chicken. Avoid deserts or decide if you’ll have an alcoholic drink or a desert. Don’t do both. Have fun just moderate your drinking and eating. If you are on the slimming world plan you know what to do. It’s only you that can control what you put on your plate. Don’t worry too much but just remember when you’re home you’ll want to get it off 🤣🤣 have fun!!!

      @@Nailtheday seen that video I hit target watch it a lot you came back and lost 1 and a half pound omg. I will let you know what I will do want to get down to my lowest target weight. So I have some to play with, as last year went on half board never again. As same 3 choices on menu, and no buffet. So I put on 5 pounds when I got back but was not at target then, I have lost 6 stone 5 pounds and don't want to put it on again. And I am 60 was in April so really want to keep healthy. I will let you know when I get back how I have done. Thank you for your help xx

    So your SP days are a little different to how SW say,they say you can still have your healthy extras but dont have any catbs such as rice,potatoes etc.

    I have a stone to go after losing 7.5 st. It's takem almost 3 years! But I glad I've done it slowly.
    I'm following SP this week. So far do good. I'm at a barbi and they have Tesco Finest Quaterpoundet Beff nurgers up for grabs
    Does anyone know or can they look up the syns for me please? I really am trying to be good. Thank you.
