This is great. I love Empire but the world is huge. There's so much to learn. Fingers crossed for my new character joining dawn at E2.
You are going to love Dawn! The world is big but the best part of the game is learning about it through other players! come say hi at e2!
Another great interview. I have never RP‘d with Mark but he sounds like someone I would definitely want to. Morrigan sounds like a brilliant character. It is always a challenge to create a character that at first appears to subvert the expectations of a nation brief trope at first but actually turns out to compliment it.
The encounter tents are not something I have experienced beyond once briefly monstering for one a decade ago. The kind of encounters Mark talks about here are exactly kind of thing I am craving right now. Such things are labor intensive but I am sure PD would love to be able to offer more, especially to new players.
It is great to hear how welcoming the Empire community has remained over the years.

I managed to meet Enchantress Mortere briefly twice at E1 last year, Mark is an absolutely brilliant roleplayer and the Enchantress is so lovely to interact with! After rolling through 3 characters, im finally coming back to dawn at E1 so im looking forward to (hopefully) surviving a little longer in the Most Glorious nation this time xD

Interesting fact Marks videos helped bring the Crafting channel at Skilltree discover LARP over in the US and they are actively hoping to attend empire at some point love the content from all involved 🍻

There are quite a few people with Internet visibility that enjoy LARP, most people are respectful of the fact they are there to play a game same as anyone else.
